1) Oli has always been a bit weird in the head but it's simply due to being raised in a sewer for most of his life.
2) He actually doesn't like his parents, they were there, just not for him so he simply disregarded them and makes jokes about them now.
3) He often goes to the bar and gets at least four drinks before he goes back to his makeshift home.
4) He really does have a weird infatuation with the father of the house and he doesn't know some of the other rats found his memoirs.
5) At one point Oli had an owner of sorts and then one day he just got put on the side of a road, left to roam around alone.
6) Oli trusts far too easily and is also very gullible, easily falling for small lies or big lies which is why he never asks about the changing stories of Martyn's scars.
7) Despite being gullible, the trash rat is very dangerous when need be. He will gladly kill someone if you give him something in return.

BONUS HEADCANONS!
1) Oli hides this fact a lot but he legitimately just eats fancy food in the grandma's room and then goes back to the attic.
2) He has 4 siblings. Does he remember them? No. Does he want to roam outside of the garden to find the piece of him that makes him feel missing which may or may not be said siblings that he can't remember? Yes.
