Chapter 12: Sports Festival

I was sitting with the class and waiting for our time to go out. We were all dressed in our PE uniforms and they were busy chatting. It was cheery until Todoroki declared war on Midoriya and after it became serious. His gaze then met mine and I flinched. It looked like he was going to say something buy was interrupted because it was our turn, thank God. The classes were being announced and it was our turn. I waited for the rest to go out and I went out last. They all looked around in awe except me, I just stared ahead of me. Then Midnight was infront of us in her hero costume announcing. The boys became  flustered. Thank goodness, my neices and nephew aren't watching this. I looked around boredly until I spotted familiar figures. I froze in horror, it was my sisters. They looked upset and were covering my neices and nephews eyes and my brother in laws looked nervous about making them angry. Just great now I have to prove myself again or their going criticize me again.

Midnight called Bakugo up to say a speech. I can only imagine how this is going to go. He got the microphone and announced that he was number one and is going to win. This angered the other classes, just great, now I have to worry even more. She then got the microphone back and announced the first event.

"For the first event it is a Obstacle race"

We all went to the starting line and waited for the gun to fire. The gun fired and we all started running. I can't teleport yet I have to save my energy. I kept pacing myself until bots appeared.
I focused on some of bots and lifted them up. I scrunched my eyebrows and they crushed them. I then threw it aside and continued running. I then saw a portion where we had to jump. I guess I have to teleport here. I focused on the others ideas and teleported over.

Kaito pov

Class today was fun because they were just broadcasting the sports festival. Hinata, Kageyama, and I were watching it.

"Wow, (Yn)-chans quirk is so cool"!!!

Kageyama just looked at the screen intently waiting to see if something else will happen.

Yn pov

I then looked forward to see Bakugo and Todoroki ahead. I ran faster and caught up with them. The last Obstacle is a mine . We ran threw and explosions could be heard, I had to be careful. I screamed and could tell where the explosions were. I ran past them and exited the mine. Todoroki and Bakugo were still ahead, I then heard a boom behind me and something go past me. I looked ahead to see Midoriya. He then went past Todoroki and Bakugo and past the finish line winning. Then they passed the line then me. I breathed in and out, teleporting took a lot out of me. I could see Bakugo wanting to talk with me but Midnight beat him to it. Midnight came over to me, " You should rest, your doctor told us about your current health. So you can skip on this and rest up for the next round if your up to it"

I nod and thank her, I then walked away feeling everyone's stares. In the corner of my eyes I could see Shinsou looking at me worriedly. I smiled at him sadly and walked out. I walked into the corridor silently until I fell on my knees. I tried to get up but I couldn't feel my body. I felt a burning sensation across my body and I cried in pain. I forced myself to lean on a wall and groan. The pain then went away.
