FGO-referenced stuff(or just anythingFGO) will contain spoilers up to ARC 2 - Prologue
The overall plot will be pretty aligned to canon, but there will be some major changes because 1. some parts are kind of boring/too slow paced and 2. what's a crossover w/o some random servants?
This will be much, much longer than ARC 2 - Prologue because let's face it, A2-P is kinda short.
For this story, the chapter names will be shortened like this:

Note: Act and part names will always be fully spelled out the first time and then shortened for every instance afterwards. All acts will be preceded by a notice like the one you're reading right now.
