Wednesday's Secret...

It was a normal day here at Nevermore Academy and we carried on with our classes and after class we do our normal activities and people go hang out with their friends and I usually just stay to myself and play music and or work on my book but on this particular day for whatever reason I was feeling super lonely and I wanted company so I decided to go hang out with Xavier and Enid and we all painted.

Xavier painted a huge snake like creature with wings all along it's body and three horns on its head, Enid painted a beautiful landscape with Easter lilies and a stunning waterfall in the background and a gorgeous sky with the sun beaming down on the flowers and waterfall making the painting really pop, I painted a self portrait of me in a graveyard in a coffin with people in plague masks surrounding me.

Enid then compliments me on my painting and smiles at me warmly and I say "Thank you, I appreciate it. I usually don't get compliments on anything I make because people say I'm way too morbid." I then try to make some finishing touches on my painting but my hand starts shaking and I have to put my hand down in my lap and use my other hand to hide my shaking hand so no one would notice.

We then hear a huge "BOOM!" and we run out to see what's going on and we see something flying off in the distance and it keeps colliding into the school destroying parts of it and once it's done wreaking havoc it flies closer to us and as it goes over our head we discovered it was the very monster Xavier had painted.

Xavier, Enid and I go running into the forest to keep on it's trail, we then stumble upon a cave and we hear the monster roaring super deep in the cave and we run in after it.

As we go deeper into the cave the walls start to close in around us, the walls keep getting more narrow and we have to get down on our hands and knees and crawl to advance deeper into the cave and Enid begins whimpering and starts hugging on Xavier and I as we start getting out to the other side and my heart starts going crazy and jumping out of my chest and my hands begin to tremble profusely and I hide them in my coat pockets.

We end up getting out on the other side and it ends up being a dead end until the monster starts growling and the cave begins to quake and the floor gives away causing us to fall into the monster's lair, Xavier takes a lighter out of his pocket and lights it so we can see and explore.

Xavier ends up waving his lighter around and finds a torch and lights it to further lighten up the room, we start roaming deeper into the cave and we stumble upon some ancient carvings and writing but we can't translate it and Xavier and Enid end up tripping on skeletons and busting their asses because they're distracted by the carvings and writings and I help them up and as I do we feel rumbling coming from one of the tunnels deeper into the cave and the monster comes slithering at us at mach speed and I pick up the the sword that was laying beside one of the bodies and I readied myself for battle as did Xavier and Enid and we stand in formation back to back and the monster starts lunging at us and Xavier whacks the monster across the face with torch causing it to get pissed off and roll around trying to put out the fire and as it lunged at Enid she had her claws extended and ready to strike when it came closer to her and when it did she took a huge swipe at it slicing it's neck and it starts spewing black gunk all over us and it turns it's attention to me and tried tripping me up by slamming it's head into the ground and I jumped up in the air and struck it and sliced off two of it's wings and as I clipped it's wings it happened to cut me on the back of my hand with one of it's scales on its back and I temporarily become paralyzed and Xavier puts some lighter fluid in his mouth and puts the torch up to his mouth and shoots flames at the monster incinerating it's lower half and Enid shields me and completely wolfs out and jumps at the monster severing it's head completely.

Enid blasts through a wall of the cave and rushes me to the infirmary at school and sucks the poison out of my hand until the doctor can treat me, the doctor then comes into the room and hooks me up to medical machines and puts me on an IV and she puts a tube into my veins to pump the rest of the poison out of me and I pass out.
