Florence Williams definitely had something wrong with him. Like, on a real note; he was always talking, and it didn't matter what it was about, because everyone listened. He was always laughing, too. He also hung around the wrong people - Nate Jacobs, mainly. Ever since they were in Kindergarten, Florence and Nate were inseparable. And, yeah, he knew he was a bad guy and by some law or whatever, that made Florence a bad guy too.
