Shroom x Salsa [Demonic love] (On Hold)

Chapter 2: a blast to the past

Mechikabura called out for his loyal underlings. Soon, they would gather in the throne room.

"Now. Everyone is here. I found a way to strengthen our power. We have to gather energy from the mortal world. I want you to go and do it. Well. Putine, Gravy and Demigra. I have another missions for you. I will give everyone a certain place, they can gather the energy from.. It might be not easy. But I am positive, everyone will do a good job."

Mechikabura smirked. He snapped his fingers and in the hands of the demons some sort of coordinates appear. They left for these places. Meanwhile, Mechikabura instructed Demigra, Robelu, Chamel, Putine and Gravy for their own missions. Involving Chronoa, the supreme kai of time.

Shroom's mission

Shroom arrived on a planet in universe six. He sighed as he looked around.
"Home sweet home.."
He said. The tone in his voice sounded a bit sad or yearning. A smirk formed on his lips.
"What do I spy, with my pretty eye?"
His voice became more cheerfull. The demon walked over to a park. It seemed like a wedding would find place there. Shroom simply applauded. Which caused the audience to turn towards him. The bride clearly started to feel uncomfortable.
"Shroom? Why are you-"
A man stood up and just started his questions towards the young demon. Shroom licked his lips and smirked evily.
"I thought, as a member of your beautiful family, I have a right to be here. But! Fear not, dear sister. I won't stay long. I don't have time for a lovely family reuinion. I have a mission to accomplish."
A young girl jumped up and ran at Shroom.
"Shroooom!"
She yelled and hugged his waist. Since she was alot smaller than Shroom she only reached to his hips.
"Coral."
Shroom looked down at the girl.
"Coral, come here."
The man said. Actually he looked awful similar to Shroom. Just different eye and hair color.
"But, daddy! I missed Shroom so much."
Coral said. Obviously, that man was Shroom's father. Coral his younger sister. Shroom gently pushed the girl away and walked towards his father.
"I am not sorry, for what I am about to do. I finally found my people..."
He summoned his scythe. And stopped in front of the man. His eyes gave a death glare to his abusive father. An evil smirk formed on his lips again.
"Did I tell you what my mission is yet? I am a full demon now. In the service of the dark king Mechikabura. You.. have done this to me."
Shroom was about to swing his heavy scythe towards his father. Something heavier held onto his arm. Which stopped his attack.
"Please, don't!"
Coral started crying and looked up at her older brother. He just looked at her in silence. He shook her off and turned around.
"I still need the energy... Today is your lucky day."
He walked off.

Salsa's mission

Salsa arrived at his village he grew up into. He sighed. It was painful for him to be here. But he was happier this way now. The first place he visited was the orphanage he lived in.
"Nothing changed."
Actually, he would still live there. But Mechikabura pulled him out of the misery. He just disappeared and no one really knew where he went. The hell he would do and tell anyone in this forsaken village anyway.
"Salsa?"
It was the strict voice of an elderly woman. Salsa turned to her.
"Mother. I mean, Helen."
Helen was the woman who took care of all the children. But she also despised Salsa.
"Where have you been?"
She asked him. Actually, she looked quite angry. Helen opened the door and pulled Salsa inside.
"I don't know, where you have been. But you'll get punished for it."
"Let me go."
Salsa pushed her away with force. She flew through 4 thick walls into another room.
"Enough."
He said. Children, who remember him, stood in front of their mother to protect her. One of them, a quite muscular boy, went into a fighting stance.
"Don't forget, Salsa. I always could fight."
He said and went in for an attack. The demon closed his eyes and smirked.
"Very well then."
Salsa summoned his sword and dodges his attack very well. He held the sword up and twisted it around.
"Tricky tornado."
He whispered. A green colored small tornado appeared around his sword as he swung it towards the boy.
"I have a purpose now. I am stronger. I am.. a demon."
He took his hoodie off. Besides his - actually well brushed - red hair, there were actually small dog ears. Injured, with scars. Sometimes it would still bleed.
"That's what our glorious mother did. But I feel like lord Mechikabura can make the pain stop. And I will stop your pain now."
Salsa started to collect their energy. However, it was still not easy for him. He just couldn't kill them. After he was done, he left.

Back in the demonrealm. Everyone gathered at Mechikabura. They gave him the amount of energy they collected.
"Very well done. It was a good decision to trust every one of you."
Mechikabura looked at the energy orb. His red-black eyes glistened in the shine of it.
"You may go."
He said. With that the underlings walked to their houses. Everyone felt something, yet nothing. Towa and Dabura felt satisfaction. Shroom felt anger. Salsa felt sadness. Yet slowly it all faded away. The feelings just disappeared. All that was left was the feeling of being free of the cruel past.
