"Sam, get a move on, would ya?" Jessica, in a nurse's uniform, said, finishing putting on her delicate earrings. "We were supposed to be there like 15 minutes ago," she said, a hint of impatience in her voice. Sam, peering out of the bedroom, was hesitant.

"Do I have to?" Sam asked, his eyes conveying a mix of reluctance and disinterest.

"Yes, it will be fun," Jessica replied, her enthusiasm undeterred. "And where's your costume?" she inquired, a playful smile lighting up her face.

"You know how I feel about Halloween," Sam muttered, a subtle smirk playing on his lips.

"So here's to Sam and his awesome last victory," Jessica declared, raising a glass. "All right, all right, it's not that big of a deal," Sam responded, attempting to downplay the accomplishment. Eliana, the twin sister, chuckled softly.

"Hey, come on, Sammy. You deserve to celebrate," Eliana, now a beautiful woman with green eyes and blonde hair, said as she joined the small gathering.

"Hey, Lia," said Jessica, going in for a hug. "I like your costume," Jessica added, pulling back to admire Eliana's little red riding hood attire.

"Patrick picked it out," Eliana said, looking back at her boyfriend. Patrick chimed in with a satisfied grin, "I did a good job."

"Now let's get back to the toast," Eliana said, going over to stand next to Sam. "To my smart twin," she said, holding up her Shirley Temple.

"Like I said, it's not that big of a deal," Sam insisted. "Why aren't you drinking?" he then asked Eliana, raising an eyebrow.

Before Eliana could answer, Jess interrupted, saying, "He acts all humble, but he scored a 174."

"Is that good?" Patrick asked, genuinely curious.

"Scary good," Jessica replied. "See, there you go. You are a first-round draft pick," their friend added.

"You can go to any law school you want," Eliana said to Sam, her eyes filled with pride.

"Actually, I got an interview here on Monday. If it goes okay, I think I got a shot at a full ride next year," Sam shared.

"Hey, it's gonna go great," Jessica reassured him.

"Yes, it will, Sammy," Eliana added. "It better," Sam said, a mix of determination and nerves in his tone.

"How does it feel to be the golden boy in your family?" Patrick asked, lightening the mood.

"Hey," Eliana interjected. "You can be the only golden girl since you're the only Girl Winchester," Patrick teased. "Also, they don't know," Eliana said, sharing a knowing look with Sam.

"Why not? I would be gloating," their friend insisted, intrigued.

"'Cause we're not exactly the Bradys," Sam said, glancing at Eliana with a hint of sadness.

"I'm not exactly the Huxtables. More shots?" their friend asked, adding a touch of humor.

"Yes," Patrick and Eliana said in unison, making Eliana laugh. Meanwhile, Jessica and Sam simultaneously said, "No."

"Seriously, we are all proud of you, Sammy," Eliana said sincerely. "You should be proud of yourself too, Lia. You're top of your med class," Jessica added, acknowledging Eliana's achievements.

"Thanks, Jess," Eliana said, a modest smile on her face. "But seriously, Sam, I am very proud of you," Jessica said. "And you're gonna knock them dead on Monday. You're gonna get that full ride. I know it," she finished.
