Seven

(Maxine's Pov)

Slowly I open my eyes, whining at the brightness around me, and quickly I notice that Rosalie is no longer with me. Sitting up, I look around the room, my eyebrows furrowing in confusion. "Rosie?"  I say quietly; my voice is raspy from sleeping.

Grabbing my stuffed bat, Moonlight, I push the covers off me and get out of bed. Heading out of my room, I go over to Rosalie's room and look inside, seeing it empty. Pouting, I make my way downstairs and see Esme in the kitchen. "Hi, hunny," she says, looking over at me with a smile.

"hihi Esme, Where's Rosie?"  I ask my voice soft as I rub my eyes. "She talking with Carlisle, hun" Esme says as she goes back to cleaning. I slowly make my way to the Carlisle office and see the door shut. I bring my hand up and knock on the door. "Come in," I hear Carlisle say from the other side.

I open the door and see Rosalie and Carlisle sitting at his desk. "Hi Max, do you need something?" Carlisle asked, looking at me. "want Rosie," I say softly. "What's wrong, love?" Rosalie says, coming up to me, "Nothing's just wanted you." I respond as I lean into her.

Rosalie chuckles as she wraps her arms around me, "We will finish this talk later, Rosalie you guys can go spend the day together. I'll call the school and tell them you're out for the day," Carlisle says to Rosalie as she nods, and thanks him, and leads me out of his office.

"Why are we not going to school?" I ask, looking up at her, "Carlisle is letting us have our talk together and just letting us spend time together now that you know your my mate," Rosalie explains as we walk back upstairs. "Oh, that's nice of him. I'm glad I get to spend the day with just you," I say as we make it to Rosalie's room.

"Me to love," Rosalie says as I run over to her bed and lay down on it. Rosalie chuckles as she sits down at the end of the bed. "Do you want to talk now or sleep for a little longer, Max?" Rosalie asked as she brushes the hair out of my face with her hand.

"Can I sleep for a little longer?" I ask softly as a yawn escapes my mouth. She smiles and nods. "Of course, you sleep, and I'll sit over there in my chair and read until you wake up, and we can talk then," Rosalie explains as she kisses my forehead and covers me up. "Night, night, Rosie," I whisper softly as I slowly slip back into sleep.

An hour later

Waking up, the first thing I do is move my hand around the bed to find Moonlight, my stuffed bat. Giving him a kiss before setting him on the pillow. I stretch before slowly sitting up and seeing Rosalie close her book and smile over to me. "Morning sleeping beauty," she says with a soft chuckle. Blushing, I get out of bed and make my way over to her.

Rosalie pulls me onto her lap, I lean back against her. "How was your morning nap, Max?" Rosalie asks as she tries to smooth my hair out. "Good," I say quietly as I shiver slightly. "Are you cold?" Rosalie asks, and I nod as she gently picks me up and sets me on the chair as she goes over to the closet.

She comes back out and tells me to hold my arms up. I do as she asks as she slips a hoodie over my head. Giggling as my head pops out of the head hole, I hug myself and breathe in Rosalie's scent. "It smells like you, thank you," I say softly as she takes a seat in the other chair.

"Welcome, love," Rosalie says with a soft chuckle. "Here, I grabbed you some food for when you wake up," Rosalie says, handing me a bowl of oatmeal with fruit on the side. I take it and start munching on the fruit. "Thank you, Rosie," I say with a mouthful of strawberries.

Rosalie laughs, "No talking with your mouth full, Maxine," she says. I blush and nod, "Sorry," I say before continuing to eat. "It's okay; do you want to have our chat now?" she asks. "Yes," I respond as I start eating my oatmeal. "So I just want to talk about our relationship and stuff," Rosalie explains.

I nod as she talks, showing her I'm listening without having to talk with food in my mouth. "Are you comfortable with everyone knowing we are dating?" Rosalie asks, looking over at me. I quickly swallow, "Yes, I am; I want everyone to know I'm yours and you're mine," I say softly, my cheeks heating up.

Rosalie smirks and sets her hand on my thigh. "Okay, love, everyone will know, and I'll make sure of it," she says, rubbing my thigh. I smile as I finish my bowl of oatmeal. "Are you comfortable with the family knowing about you being little?" Rosalie asks, and I freeze for a minute and look up at her.

"Well, Alice and Edward already know, so I think I'm comfortable enough to tell the rest of the family, just not today." I respond, "I respect that, Max. We will tell the rest of the family when you're ready." Rosalie says, rubbing my thigh. "Can I call you mama when I'm little?" I ask, tilting my head to look at her; after I say it, she looks as though she wants to cry and smiles at me. "Of course, sweets," she says, kissing my cheek.

"Now I would like to also get rules and punishments out of the way today, if you are ready for that," Rosalie says. I nod as she gets up and grabs a notebook and pen. She starts to read them as she writes them down.

Rules:
1. No swearing
2. Eat at least two meals a day
3. No candy without asking
4. Bedtime at 10 on school days
5. Always use your manners
6. Respect Mama, as she will also respect you
7. If you are feeling sad or any other big emotion, tell Mama or someone you trust
8. Clean up after yourself
9. No secrets from mama or you
10. Complete school work
11. No using magic to get out of chores or punishment

"Those sound good sweets?" Rosalie asked, "Yes, those are good, Rosie," and I said softly as I get up quickly to grab my stuffed bat from the bed before shuffling back toward her and standing in front of her. "Can I sit on your lap?" I ask shyly, looking down. Rosalie chuckles and gently pulls me onto her lap, letting me get comfortable. "Of course you can love," she says.

Rosalie turns the page of the notebook and sets it up so we both can see it. "You ready for punishments, Max?" she asks from beside my ear. I shudder before nodding and leaning into her. "Can there be no spankings, Rosie?" I ask softly; my voice would barely be heard if she didn't have enhanced hearing. "Of course, Max, no spanking if you aren't comfortable with it." She says as she rubs my back.

Punishments:
1. Early bedtimes
2. No candy
3. Time out
4. No video games or television
5. Writing lines

"Do those sound fair for now? And if we need to add more later, we can," Rosalie asks as she turns me slightly to look at her. "Yes, those all sound fair," I say, smiling, before I lay my head on her shoulder. "Anything else you wanna go over love?" Rosalie asks as she runs her hand through my hair. "Rewards!"  I squeal excitedly while sitting up. Rosalie laughs and draws a line under the punishments and writes "rewards."

Rewards:
1. A new toy
2. stickers
3. staying up longer
4. candy
5. Movie Night

"We can add more as time goes on, love, but I think that's good for now," Rosalie says as she sets the notebook down on the table. I nod against her shoulder as I hold my stuffed bat, Moonlight, to my chest. "Everything sounds good, Rosie; thank you," I say softly. "I'm glad, baby; though you don't have to thank me," she says, tucking a strand of hair behind my ear.

I blush at the pet name and smile, "I do; you've been so amazing, and I'm so glad you are my mate, and we found each other," I say, sitting up to look at her. Rosalie smiles as her eyes show how happy she is. "I'm glad we found each other, Maxine. I will love and protect you forever," Rosalie says, resting her forehead against mine.

"You love me?" I ask, my eyes staring into hers; she brushes my hair out of my face. "Yes, I love you, Maxine, from the moment I saw you," she says, and my eyes fill up with tears as I capture Rosalie's lips with mine. Rosalie kisses me back, her hands grabbing my cheeks and pulling me deeper into the kiss. After a moment, we pull away for air and rest our foreheads against each other. "I love you too, Rosie," I say softly.

Sorry I took so long to update! I'm gonna try to keep updating it more along with my other books. Also in this story the vampire and wolfs still don't like each other yet and the treaty still holds for now.
