To understand this
I have to explain what stands are

Stands are the manifestations of a person's soul
Basically their true selves

Oc based on me
But not really
If he was then he would have glasses, be shorter and a little fat, and have hand me down clothes

He has black and white sweater to show his black and white mentality, with gold spikes to show his abrasiveness, and a jacket scarf because why not, and slashed black pants because why not

My guy has a mentality that is very judgemental, but also not judgemental

He gives people chances, and doesn't judge upon first impressions, but he judges them as "bad" or "good" on his definition of it, there is no middle ground.
(We see everything in black and white anyway, we just have different midtones)

If you're nice to him he's nice to you
But if you're mean to him he'll be the worst kind of person you'll ever meet, and he'll keep being a little shit until he feels bad or if you "redeem" yourself

Stand and stand ability also based on my personality

The stand has a black and white appearance mirroring it's user, and its doll like shell of a body linked together by rubbery magenta bones and joints with fur on the neck line, base of the arms and thighs, and arrow patterns on the upper arm and upper leg

It's face is divided by a gold wedge, it's eyes also gold, with numbers on them that range from 1 - 13 depending on the level of the curse and blessing

The stand has the ability to bestow 13 "blessings" and 13 "curses"

The blessings being 13 levels of fortune
And curses being 13 levels of misfortune

Level one of blessings can be simple things like finding a coin while you're walking by

Or just having a great day in general

And level 13 being

You mysteriously receiving an unclaimed lottery ticket that won 1 billion dollars

Or being shot by someone trying to kill you, and somehow the gun explodes on itself, even though it was well maintained and new

Level one of the curses are things that mildly annoy someone

Like stepping on gum, or stepping on poop

Getting stuck in traffic

Or just having a bad day

Level 13 is worse

Somehow a plane falls onto you from the sky even though you are miles away from flight paths, and only you die While the passengers survive

You get a rare mutated virus from someone coughing on you

Your brand new phone overheating and exploding in your hand

Driving onto a highway and being crushed by a truck

Walking over a sealed manhole that you've walked over a thousand times on your way to your house, only for the lid to slip and drop you into the manhole full of broken glass and steel bars

Walking near construction sites put you at an immediate risk

Standing still or moving will kill you

The stand has an effective range of a 251 kilometer radius

Can only target one person at a time

Though the stand is devastating it is very weak

And it needs to touch a person once for the abilities to be able to manifest

Ability only effective with sentient humans and/or humanoids
