"So Naruto..why don't you tell me a little bit about yourself?" Said a lady name Shizune. She had short black hair and black eyes. Naruto guessed she was an omega by her small appearance.

But who was he to judge by appearances?

"Uhm..as you already know, my name is Uzumaki-Namike Naruto. I'm currently 16 and a Junior at Konoha high school. My favorite color is orange and I like ramen." Naruto said while being semi distracted.

There were kids and teens of different ages hanging out outside. 'Shouldn't they be at school?' Naruto couldn't help to think.

She cleared her throat to catch Naruto's attention. He turned his attention from the window to Ms. Shizune.

"Today will just be like a introduction day. I want you to get used to this place and feel comfortable to open up." She said scribbling things down on a piece of paper. "Do you know why you're here?" She asked looking up at him.

"Well.. either for my fear of pheromones or the reasoning behind my fear of pheromones." He said while suddenly taking great interest in his hands.

"Ok, good. So you know why you are here. But is there anything specific that you need help with?"

"Well.. I was wondering if I could get more medicine and stronger dosages of the medicine I already take." He said while picking at his nails.

"What kind of medicine are you referring to? And why do you need a stronger dosage?" She said while scribbling down on the same piece of paper.

"Well I need a stronger dosage because it's not working." Now he was starting to feel uncomfortable. Like what's with all these questions? Is this what you call an introduction? 'God. please hurry and let this be over with.'

"What do you mean by 'it's not working'" she questioned him.

"Well..lately every so often. I smell pheromones. Even though I take my pheromone blockers. Also my pheromones.. I don't know what's going on with them but I've been taking my inhibitors. Also lately even though I take my suppressants I've been feeling all iffy and hot." He explained and she wrote every single thing down.

"When the last time you had a heat cycle?"she asked

"About 3 years ago.." and with those words her mouth dropped to the floor and her eyes almost bulged out of her head.

"Okay..and what type of medicine are you looking for?" She asked as she continued to write.

"Lately I've been having..dreams and flashbacks about.. certain things that happened in the past about 3 years ago..and I don't know if I'm just being paranoid but.. it's like their here and watching me. Waiting to get me when I'm least expecting it." He said taking a deep breath.

"Sometimes being paranoid can be a good thing.." she mumbled but Naruto still heard her. "We'll stop right here for today, since it's only the introduction day. Hopefully we can get more into it along the way." She said giving Naruto a soft smile and he returned it with a semi fake half-hearted smile.

'I guess that's the reason behind his pheromone phobia. Poor kid.' She thought.

"I can give you medicine for your ptsd but to get you stronger medicine for the pheromones, ima need to talk to your guardian; because I'm sure you already know most of the side effects of this stuff and getting you a stronger dosage can put you at risk." She said while putting the papers in a file.

"Also, before I even give you a stronger dosage I would like to do a body scan on you. I believe you have a extreme case of pheromone blockage, which is another reason why I need to talk to you guardian." She said becoming a little bit more firm and Naruto nodded.
