A/N: short chapter I know, mostly just a transition. A little bit of friendship fluff with Remus and Regulus (we love moody Reg). Anyways hope you enjoy!
Remus spent the rest of that day in the Slytherin dorms, Regulus' dorm specifically. He paced back and fourth racking his brain to try and come up with an idea.
"I just need something to hit him where it hurts. Your his brother, what would do the trick?" Remus said thoughtfully.
"I don't know fuck all about him anymore. Haven't since he left." Regulus said emotionless.
"Oh shit, yeah right sorry." Remus whispered guiltily.
Why was this so hard? He just needed to find something to knock Sirius off his game, teach him a lesson. The problem is nothing seemed to bother Sirius. He carried himself with confidence and not a care in the world. An admirable trait Remus thought, but he still hated him. Remus had many insecurities, which made him an easy target. He knew that Sirius had known that since he met Remus, which he assumed is the reason why Sirius picked him to bother.
"He has to have some sort of weakness" Remus complained.
"We'll he relies heavily on his looks to get what he wants, why not fuck with those." Regulus mumbled while opening a book to read.
Remus stopped for a second, he was right everyone liked Sirius because of his looks.. it would be a shame if something happened to change them.
"Reg you bloody genius!" Remus grinned, "I knew you would find a solution"
"Mhm" Regulus mumbled once again, obviously more interested in his book than the conversation at hand
Remus left the Slytherin dorms that night with a smile on his face, and a lot of planning to do.

The Next Day
Planning a prank isn't as easy as Remus thought, he had tons of good ideas but none of them were able to be executed well. The problem with using spells to alter appearance, the person can just use other spells to change it back. This was the biggest problem Remus was trying to find a solution to. He needed something that would last through multiple attempts of counter magic.
He was slowly flipping through a Guide to Magical Appearance Altercations when he came to a page about hair removal. He can't just shave his head, that's what Sirius, and did he needed something better. He scanned the page looking for anything interesting when he read how girls can charm their body hair to not grow back. That's when it hit him, he can remove any of Sirius hair and place a charm to block it from growing back, if it could withstand the hair growth spells. That would be perfect, but what would he vanish? Not his the hair on his head, and I don't think he would complain about removing leg hair. Maybe his eyelashes..Sirius eyebrows! Remus almost jumped in his seat at the new idea. No one can look good without eyebrows, and it will make them even since he removed Remus' hair (which had now grown back thanks to Madame Pomfrey). It could be even better than Sirius' original prank since he would have to wait longer for his eyebrows to regrow.
He sat in the library a little while longer, doing some more extensive research on hair removal and blocking counter spells. He has learned in previous years how to combine different spells so this would be easy, he just needed to work out all the kinks. He tested it on himself many times, not with his eyebrows of course. He used his arm hair, vanishing it with his spell and than trying most of the known spells that cause hair growth. After a couple hours of messing with the wand work and incantation Remus was finally satisfied with the result.
This is where the plan really falls into place, how would he do it? When? He wanted everyone to see so he could do it in the middle of the Great Hall, and have everyone watch and his dark eyebrows vanish off his face. But he would know right away, he wanted a way where Sirius could go a little bit without knowing. Stumped on how to follow through with his ideas, he decided to consult with Regulus again.
"Oh it's you." Regulus stood in his doorway, "I guess you can come in since you just showed up here unannounced."
Remus smiled at his friends annoyance, "You love me really."
"Sure." Regulus glared as he opened the door fully to allow for Remus to come in. Remus happily obliged and rushed in to tell him all about his new idea. He even showed Regulus the new spell by removing a patch of hair in his arm.
"Okay cool you came up with a spell, how are you going to actually do it?" Regulus asked.
"Well you see, that's kind of why i'm here." Remus smiled.
This caused Regulus to roll his eyes. "Why exactly am I having to do all the planning? Last time I checked this was supposed to be your revenge."
"It is, I just need some assistance and your an evil genius. Cmon I just need someone to bounce ideas off of."
Regulus groaned, knowing Remus wouldn't leave him alone until they came up with something. "Why don't you do at dinner? Everyone will be there."
"See that's what I thought originally but he will know right away."
"So you want him to not know? Do it after he leaves his dorm room, everyone will just look at him weird without him knowing why."
"So i'm just supposed to ambush him with a spell? Yeah not suspicious at all."
"Well your going to need a distraction you dimwit. I'll help, not for you thought. I just want to see Sirius humiliated."
"Yeah yeah I know you don't care about me blah blah, no emotions, all darkness," Remus laughed, Regulus didn't look the slightest bit impressed. "Thank you Reg, now I say we have a prank to plan for."
This made Regulus's serious expression finally crack into a small smirk.
