stress relief in class

Hizashi: so today class we are learning about mental health,
We go through alot of hard situations everyday so to help are mental health or process trauma we can find ways to coop with those things or just with everyday life with school, second jobs being a parent etc. And to realize stress
Personally for me I use to music but their many different ways
Your project is to give me a paper on what ways that people can realize stress
It doesn't have to apply to you personally but you will present them to the class it a 60% part your grade
Also we all as a class will try some of them and I already selected partners , it pin outside the door , you have a month to get it done

As class end tamajiki walks to the bored and sees that denki was his partner and got anxious and start immediately turns around to go to his dorm and he was right behind him

Denki: hey I'm your partner,  we should start working right away

Tamajiki: y-you can do it by yourself I'm gonna skip out on this one

Denki: what u mean ? I can't do this on my own

Tamajiki: to bad and start heading to his dorm as denki follows him all the way to his room "leave me alone"

Denki: Tamajiki we should work on the project even if we don't present I rather just not get a zero , besides I think u definitely need it

Tamajiki: signs and just goes with it and just nods as pulls out his laptop and start searching with him different ways

Denki: why not we do little space? I love it

Tamajiki: u do little space? As his heart fills with joy since he does it secretly

Denki: he nods "yeah it calms me down , we can do it for are project!" He got excited but I agree let not present

Tamajiki: I-I didn't know u did that ..I like it too " he said softly but I'm not doing that for a class project

Denki: don't need to be embarrassed
Beside like u said we can skip the presentation mic will understand also although I'm bold this is my little secret he chuckled

Tamajiki nods in agreement "wanna-mmm nevermind"

Denki: little space together! He said happily as pulls a dummy out his bookbag and put it on his mouth as he pulls out his laptop as well and start working on the project

Tamajiki never seen anyone else that did this ...he never even admit he done it out loud he liked it 
As they work on the project both off them slip into little space a bit more then they would like and played together
As they played they even switch into more of a kiddie like outfits and let denki switch into one of his and let him have one his diaper he hid
The two of them became really close after that night but never told anyone  and after that night they begin to have play dates atleast three times a week for the whole month

-the day of project-

Denki: I begin to be more comfortable with this part of me and began to wear diapers to class or just suck on my thumb in class at times but nobody suspected anything with Tamajiki
Most of the time people forgets he even their

Hizashi: some of you choose not to present in class and choose to get a lower grade" as he looks at denki and a few other students like mineta
However those who didn't present I choose them for the class to do" as he cross his arms

Denki and Tamajiki got real nervous

Denki: what? No!

Mic: yes ! My class my rules
And besides you two had a unique project essay and if you presented I would of giving you guys an solid B+ because of all the research however their was some sentences that wasn't structured right" as he grab the paper and began to read as the class had very mix reaction knowing they had to do a little space excersie for the class because of them
Mostly embarrassed or angry at them
As mic drag out a box of baby stuff for the class to grab "although this is not for everyone many studys had shown it can be beneficial for heros to realize trauma by 80% faster and it is healthy compare to many other ways, this is a grade as well"

Deku: although it not for me ..I can learn from this experience

Mina: I need to pass !! Give me the stupid binky

Kirishima: man deku your so manly !!

Everyone was angry but everyone started sucking on binkys and sippy cups so they can pass thus class
The second other people started to do it

Bokugou  was the only one who didn't but Kirishima made him

Everyone agree to keep it to themselves though,  what happen in the classroom stays in the classroom

Mic: we will do this for 15 mins and then we will write down on what your experience was like
And so on the other projects

Denki was the most happy he ever been and slip into little space mood and started to play with everyone

Bokugou hated the idea but started to realize sucking on the binky made him less stress and mad
But refuse to except he liked it

-15 mins was up-

Everyone started to write their experience and hiw everyone except for denki said they hated it 
Yet ironically the next day half the class had binky and would suck on them in class

Bokugou wrote how stupid it was but he kept his binky without anyone  knowing ..but Kirishima caught him hiding it without him knowing
