Unanticipated

Ignorance is bliss, but not complete nor genuine happiness, Leonardo was fooled to think that a moment was not meaningful or to be cherished, living life in a day was his motto, "tomorrow always prepares something different and with that nothing can slow you down" were his thoughts. His mental ability to ignore signs that would evoke emotional involvement strangely identified him into a world of carelessness.

His soft dark brown flicky hair, well trimmed sideburns and moustache only embraced the colour of his big brown sleepy eyes well bordered by his semi-curved eyebrows. His key feature stood out strangely to observers and aroused interest in most as not only were these two full patels parallel, but curved to an opening for his shimmering teeth to show. The assertiveness of his deep voice stood unexpected but boldly commanded the listener's attention. A role model figure, with hairy but bulky arms which emphasised his strength. All this he took to consideration and established his relations with various people to establish his social postion, a well respected lawyer with the means to carry out and complete a task.

Organisation is not an attribute he lacked but yet this day paused at the dramatic fragrance of a woman that engulfed his attention to a moment of bliss which soon disintegrated into the cool air, an aftertaste to a sweet aroma that disorientated Leo. Pride stood in the way as he continued to walk. The delicate figure quickly disappeared into the crowd of the busy streets of Johannesburg, nothing could be sweeter then a unanticipated taste of happiness within the climactic stage of an individual's life.

A promotion was at hand and Leo could not afford any distractions at this high point of his career, yet the taste of beauty could not be erased from his nostrils as it crossed his thoughts per tick on the office clock. "Leo, LEO!" the high pitched voice of May Gray tortured his ear drums," you're up in ten! better put your head in the game son you can't afford to wander aimlessly! now suit up and hit the board room". Her colloquialisms always begged to question whether she had always believed she would stay young or whether her indenial approach to age simply motivated her to keep active as she was naturally a spontaneous girl in her youth, but now she had responsibilities and reached the stage in her life where she had to make decisions for two." May, I'm on my way relax, I know how much I want this but allow me to be excited alone so that I don't have to disappoint you if the deal does not pull through" her body language instantly lay postioned for a lecture, "Young man don't doubt yourself, not now, not ever, besides I'm meant to be excited I'm getting a raise so stop being selfish!" she dramatically swinged the door open as she left to her desk in front of Leo's office. Her humour never seized to bore Leo but simply diverted his attention from the engraving work load.

Leo prepared for his meeting and quickly dashed to the boardroom for an unexpected surprise. "Leo my confidant and hardworking collegue this is your day young man, please intrigue us." It seemed everyone was Mike's confidant, his tall figure seemed intimidating but this was counterfeited by his clumsiness and sloppy tone that never seemed to hit the right note, that is the reason why it was more than surprising that he made senior partner. His clumsy introduction made me nervous as I had to prove myself to my sceptical seniors that I too was worthy of becoming a senior partner. Leo's deal with Stellies student Henry Ramsey the co-owner of Global Electrolux brought the company huge profits and a great client, but it seemed he had more to prove and that this was not a one time result, his consistency would be put to the test if he managed to charm his way into the the companies top management.

The sun's blistering rays pearced through the kitchen's wooden blinds, slowly creeping into the mirrored tiling that Mavis had cleaned very enthusiastically, the dining room was soon uncovered, revealing the festivities of last night as a quarter empty glass of red wine lay on the table, and the other stood  empty on the floor beside the left settee. The rays soon stretched into the doorway where a silver glittering, red bottomed heel of 6 inches lay carelessly, pointing towards the  white door that introduced mystery. Softy a  hand lay on the right roughly skinned  face which quickly awoke Leo to kiss it's delicate palms and soon utter hopeful words, "Good morning gorgeous?" "Morning handsome," the feminine voice replied with a soft tone, "hmm" Leo sighed, "has God called you yet?" " No, not yet" the soft voice replied again, " well I guess we still have more time," " I guess we do". Her lips covered his own as their warm moist feel made it easy for his to reciprocate, they conversed in foreign tongue as their hands delicately brushed each body part arousing sensation, conducting their movements as she lay ontop of his body, they quickly traded positions as his chest lay on her breasts while her legs wrapped his hips and lay on her back, soon her voice echoed into the bedroom walls, gradually it decreased and soon echoed a last cry.
The voluptuous figure slowly buttoned the shirt he'd worn the previous night and turned to flick her hair back as she smiled and stepped out the room to the kitchen. Leo jumped out of bed to take a quick shower and dressed himself within a limited space of time and then rushed off to the kitchen, where he grabbed his car keys," what are you in a rush for honey",the words quickly reached Leo's ears and he replied "I'm off to a meeting at 10:00 Mavis is coming in at 08:30 if you don't mind could you give her the keys on your way out, thanks umm..." "Kelly my name's Kelly" "uh yes Kelly and uhm, I've left a few notes on the table in case you need a cab, sorry for the inconvenience I'll see you when I see you ok, cheers!"her face frowned as she felt completely manipulated by the infatuated thought that she'd be cared for by this handsome gentlemen as he rushed off to the elevator and soon landed on the ground  floor of the parking lot.

"If I'd known better I'd say you're the happiest man in town," May's voice echoed into my ear, "Well firstly  before I start my day, I'm willing to  negotiate a raise in your salary and maybe, just maybe there's a bonus somewhere along those lines, then I wanna give you a day off so that I can take you out for treats, maybe the new restaurant in Melrose with excellent  cuisines or the spa where your favourite celebs love to mingle hmm," " oh my word you got the position" she stood dramatically and rushed to give Leo a hug. "Is this happening, wait I told you not to doubt this, May is on your side, I guess all that weight loss not only succeeds in grabbing men's attention but succeeds in elevating other departments too", "May this has nothing to do with your weight loss, trust me you've worked hard for this," "Well I have you to thank darling, so when are we moving to the big office," well that may take a week or two but I'll talk to management  and see what they've planned, alright then back to work," " Yes boss".
