Okay yes its been a while. I'll try to go back to schedule next week. I had to study for a few major tests and then went straight to winter vacation. Also, now my mom has covid. So I have had to take care of her. Because of this, I have combined this chapter with the mini chapter for next week!
TWO DAYS LATER Eret had been on his phone at the time so he immediatly got the notification from the hero groupchat. He reads it. Endeavor had finally stated a time and date for the funeral. Eret sighs. It would be in three days at noon. He gets up from the couch he was laying on. Shinso! Endeavor just sent me the date for the funeral!(Eret) Shinso bounds down the staircase when he hears it. Really?(Shinso) Eret nods. Yeah it will be in three days. Until then, Endeavor isn't allowing anyone to see the body.(Eret) I see...Why do you think that is?(Shinso) Eret shrugs sadly. Most likely for mourning in the immediate family, though Todoroki never seemed especially close to anyone.(Eret) Shinso sighs. Are you going to tell the others in the class right now or later?(Shinso) Right now.(Eret) Eret pulls his phone back out from his pocket. He goes to the 1A class groupchat and texts everyone the news. Seconds later there's a slew of questions. He's only able to answer a few of them before he gets a message from Sapnap. Sapnap: Hey I need you to come to XXX-XXXX-XX Immediatly, there's something you need to see Eret: What? Sapnap: It's hard to explain over text but I might have figured out who killed Todoroki. Eret's eyes widen and he quickly turns to Shinso. Come with me! Sapnap has something about Todoroki!(Eret) Without question, Shinso gets shoes on and follows Eret to his car. Eret turns the car on and without passing the speed limit, goes as quickly as possible to the address Sapnap had sent him. After he gets to the spot he sees Sapnap waiting in an alley way. Eret imatiently runs to him with Shinso close behind. This is where Todoroki died right? So what were you able to find that the best investiagors in the country couldn't?(Eret) Sapnap rolls his eyes. I haven't seen anyone with a quirk like mine. Remember how I said I could see a flames ' memories? Well turns out, Todoroki used the other half of his quirk!(Sapnap) Wait, really? He never uses it! I even tried to mind control him once but the moment I asked him to use his flames he somehow broke out!(Shinso) Sapnap shrugs. Well it was a life or death situation, but anyways, I saw who he used his quirk on, and it turns out, right before he died he shot flames at his killer, who though blurry, I saw. It was Stain. (Sapnap) Eret's and Shinso's eyes widen. Are you sure?!(Eret) Sapnap nods. Yeah I saw it. But whats far more interesting is what I saw afterwards.(Sapnap) Eret looks at him in confusion. What?(Eret) The flames had not entirely died out until a few minutes later and what they saw was, a man with a horns, black hair, and a suit stare at him before they finally burned out.(Sapnap) Shinso looks at them in confusion, while Eret's eyes widen. Schlatt.(Eret) Sapnap nods. Who's that?(Shinso) Someone from our world who's very dangerous. The thing is, in our world, Schlatt died and turned into a ghost. But, if he's here now, then Wilbur might be too.(Eret) Who's Wilbur?(Shinso) It's hard to explain but in this world's terms, he'd probably be called a terrorist. And a very dangerous one at that.(Sapnap) Shinso's eyes widen. So we need to find him!(Shinso) Eret sighs. We do, but it won't be easy. Wilbur is very good at disappearing if he wants to. Though we should first tell Tommy and Tubbo.(Eret) Why?(Shinso) Because Schlatt is Tubbo's biological father and Tommy is Wilbur's adopted little brother. (Sapnap) Shinso bites his lip. I'm guessing that's not good.(Shinso) Eret nods. Yeah, the last time Tubbo saw Schlatt was as he was having a heart attack. And the last time Tommy saw Wilbur was right before he died due to Philza stabbing him with his sword. And before you ask, Wilbur is Philza's only biological son, and Wilbur pleaded for Philza to kill him. (Eret)xxasdlkl Sapnap sighs. The main problem is, how do we tell them without Tommy exploding the house and Tubbo stinging all of us with bees.(Sapnap) Could we just not tell them?(Shinso) Eret shakes his head. No, as if they do find out somehow, they'll be even more mad at us for keeping it from them which I would like to refrain from having as their quirk combination is terrifying.(Eret) Eret takes out his phone. I'd just like to do this as quickly as possible.(Eret) He texts the group chat of everyone from the other world including Shinso to come to his house as soon as possible. He then sighs. Okay then, everyone into my car.(Eret) Sapnap immediately shouts. I CALL FRONT SEAT!(Sapnap) Eret rolls his eyes as he steps into the car. Shinso sits in the back and sulks as he quite liked being in the front seat. 10 minutes later. They arrive at the house before everyone else. Eret starts to clear the living room of everything breakable for when they say the news. Shinso starts to help and they finish right before the doorbell rings. Eret opens it to see Bakugo and Iida with Skeppy sitting on Iida's shoulder. He smiles frigidly as they enter the room. Minutes later Puffy enters with Punz and Fundy. Antfrost and Velvet stare at them from their bed in the living room. Eret takes a deep breath as he starts. Seconds later Tommy and Tubbo sit on the ground next to Bad who had shifted to his smaller form. Okay, you might be wondering why we're having a meeting so early.(Eret) Tommy frowns. Yeah! Why?(Tommy) Well...It's because...we've found evidence that Schlatt is also in this world.(Eret) Tubbo's eyes widen while everyone else gasps. His body starts shaking before Tommy puts a hand on his shoulder to calm him down. How.(Punz) Sapnap stands up. I was at the crime scene where Todoroki died as I thought maybe I could find out who killed him by looking at the flames that Todoroki had used. In the flame's memories Stain stabbed Todoroki and left. A few minutes later, a man with goat horns and a suit appeared.(Sapnap) Puffy freezes after Sapnap finishes. Wait a second. If Schlatt, who died in our world is here, then-(Puffy) Wilbur's here too isn't he.(Tommy) Fundy's eyes widen when he hears this. That's not good...is it...(Fundy) Bad tries to calm Tommy down but Tommy swats his arm away and blows up the thing that's closest to him. Which was Eret's TV. Eret looks mournfully at the TV, knowing that it was done for. Tommy gets up and opens the door before slamming it back. Well....I actually think that that was the best outcome possible!(Bad) Skeppy slaps his forehead. The group waits for Tommy to come back in an awkward silence. It takes him about 5 minutes to calm down. When he returns, his face is red. As Shinso stares at it, he can't tell whether Tommy's mad or scared. Eret sighs. I know you're mad Tommy, but right now we need to figure out where the two are.(Eret) Tommy punches the TV again. HE'S WITH THE LOV! THAT PART IS OBVIOUS! WHAT WE NEED TO FIGURE OUT, IS IF HE'S FOUND ANYONE ELSE!(Tommy) Fundy hesitantly raises his hand. Um...I wanted to say this right after I first got here, but...earlier this morning, I heard Philza's crows again...I couldn't quite make out what they were saying, but of the couple things I did hear was...Wilbur's name and...Someone else, named Kaminari.(Fundy) Puffy, Eret, and the students freeze. What?(Tommy) Do you guys know him?(Fundy) Yes, he's one of my students. Why though, would the birds be saying his name.(Eret) Do you think he might be the traitor?(Tubbo) Eret shakes his head. Puffy just sits there, frozen. No! That doesn't make sense! Why would he save us from the Nomu then!?(Eret) Maybe...To throw us off!(Shinso) Tommy glares at the ground. Bad frowns. But he's so nice! He always opens the door for me, if I ever lose a pencil he'll give me one, and one time I got a cut during practice and he gave me a band-aid!(Bad) Puffy finally snaps out of her trance. Hang on, we might be jumping to conclusions! There's most likely a reason for this! Just take a deep breath everyone!(Puffy) Everyone does as she says. Okay, but what do you guys want to do about this?(Punz) I'll brainwash him during lunch or something and ask him how he knows Philza!(Shinso) Eret nods. Yes, we can do that, but while you do it, we'll be in the room with you in case he suddenly attacks you.(Eret) Shinso rolls his eyes at Eret's overprotectiveness. The meeting ends after a few more minutes of talking. Everyone returns to their original forms and leaves. Eret sighs as he and Shinso stare at his now broken TV. Eret orders a new one after he and Shinso throw out the old one...
MINI CHAPTER! When Rei Todoroki first heard the news, she was shocked, then that shock turned into Denial. Whenever one of her caretakers would ask her how she was doing, she'd simply smile and say that she was fine. That is...Until Enji visits. He stands at the door, and stares at his wife. Rei stares back. Why are you here?(Rei) Enji sighs. I know you've heard the news.(Enji) Rei tilts her head. Oh yes! People keep saying that my little boy is dead! It's simply hilarious!(Rei) Enji looks at her in confusion before he realizes. No, Rei...He died.(Enji) Rei laughs. I know we've never had even a good relationship, I know I've harmed you, and I know that nothing I will ever do will fix what I've done...But trust me when I say this, our son...is dead.(Enji) Rei stares at him. Before erupting into a mix of laughter and sobbing. Enji simply tries to rest his hand on her back, to comfort her. But Rei slaps it back. She glares at him. THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!(Rei) Enji looks at the ground in shame. IF IT WEREN'T FOR YOU ABUSING MY FAMILY FOR YEARS AND TRYING TO MAKE MY SON THE NUMBER 1 HERO NO MATTER WHAT, HE WOULDN'T HAVE DIED! AND I COULD'VE BEEN THERE FOR HIM IN HIS TEENAGE YEARS! THIS IS YOUR FAULT!(Rei) The air gets icier, frost gathers on the window, and before Enji can do anything, An icicle shoots straight at him. He would've died if it weren't for his fire. Rei shoots more and more icicles at him, until he pulls her into an embrace. She sobs loudly. I know. I know this is all my fault. No one knows that more than me. And I hate myself for it. I've been looking back at everything I did, my son should not have gone through that. And you never should've had too either. I'm so, so sorry, Rei.(Enji) Enji starts to cry too. The husband and wife sit on the bed, they cry together, for the same thing that they've lost.
