"I thought Tony learnt to his lesson hiring kids into the team" Sam joked, offering you a hand up off the floor which he had just knocked you flat out onto.
It was your first week at the headquarters, and you were keeping busy in the gym for most of your days and nights, apprehensive about bumping into any of the rest of the avengers.
You took the older figures hand, and instead of using it for support, flipped his entire body over your head, laughing to yourself at the comment he had made just prior.
"Looks like someone spoke to soon" an all too familiar voice joked from across the room, as you turned to meet the widow for the first time yourself.

You said nothing, watching Sam scramble to his feet he gestured towards to both as you realised what was about to happen.
"It's good to finally put a name to your face, y/n" said Natasha, eyeing your athletic figure in a more pleased manner that your expected.
Before you had time to think any further, you realised the room was empty, leaving the two of you either side of the ring.
"It's good to meet you Natasha" you gulp, watching her smirk at your restlessness as she edges closer towards you.
"Let's see what you-" before the widow could finish, you had taken her out beneath her feet. Prepared for your sudden stealthy movements, she jumps back up and takes both your hands behind your back, pushing you into the bars of the ring.
You struggle in her grip, elbowing her groin causing her to release your arms, allowing you to swivel around, grabbing her arms you pin her to the floor.
She grins at you approvingly "Fury sent me down" she mutters. Struggling under your grip you take her hand and pull her up from the floor. "You're coming with me to Budapest" she says, exiting the ring.
"But wha-" before you have time to respond she's out of the room. "Get packing we leave tonight" she shouts from down the hallway.
