Jay sighed, "Sorry, I mistook your name with my employee."

The screen shimmered with a series of colorful emoticons, indicating Lara's excitement.

Jay bit his inner cheek but nodded. He didn't think that the system would decline to answer something. He let it slide and changed the subject, "Then, what kind of game is it?"

[Think of it as a quest, Host. Each task you complete will earn you points, which in turn will allow you to level up and gain access to new abilities, privileges, and rewards ]

Jay's mind whirled with possibilities. "And what happens when I level up? What kind of rewards are we talking about here?" Lara's response was cryptic, her screen flickering with anticipation.

"And... what the ultimate prize could be?"

Jay rolled his eyes. " I don't need a true bride or whatever. Why do I even have to find her?"

Lara explained, her voice soothing yet strangely robotic. Jay rubbed his temples, trying to process everything. "But... how? Why?"
