Second year At Hogwarts

t is my 2nd year at Hogwarts. I am 12 this year. As you may know, last year I was turned into a werewolf by my Uncle Remus. I also freed Sirius Black and put Peter Pettigrew In prison. This year I am taking 4th year charms and defense against the dark arts classes. My teacher for Defense against the dark arts is going to an auror by the name of Alastor moody.

Someone taps on my shoulder and says," wake up pup. You don't want to be late." I said," why couldn't we just floo there." Obviously, it was Uncle Remi trying to get me awake for Hogwarts. He pulled back the blinds in my room and used a lighting spell. I pulled the cover over my head and said," why do I have to deal with this today?" He said," come on Pup you love school, and you'll get to meet some new friends." I whined though it was more like a dog whine than a 12-year-old girl whine. I got up and went to get in the shower. I screamed at what I saw. I had blood on the back of my pants. Uncle Remi came in with his wand to see what was wrong. He was obviously concerned, for I could see it In His eyes. He said," what's wrong pup?" I said almost crying," Uncle Remi I think I'm dying." He laughed," dying what do you mean you think you are dying. " I turned around to show him the blood. He said," oh.... Sweetheart you're not dying your becoming a woman. That is what you call a menstrual cycle." My eyes got wide. I childishly asked," so I'll have two cycles every month. Oh great!" He said, "I guess so. You will also have mood swings, be more territorial, and be very ......um aroused all the time." Just as Sirius walked in, I said," well Uncle Remi I guess we can have our menstrual cycle together." Remi's eyes got real wide. Sirius started busting out laughing. Sirius said," Remus I didn't know you bleed during your Wolfy problem." Remi said," I don't but our little girl here is turning into a woman, and sweetheart boys and men don't bleed." I said," so how do I stop the blood from saturating my pant." He said," let's go." He led me to the floo and said while dropping powder in making green flames, " Molly and Arthur Weasley's house. "

We got to Mr. and Mrs. Weasley's house. It was a long floo trip, but it was fun. A woman with red hair said," oh Remus why are you here you should be putting her on the train." He said," Molly she's having a bit of a female problem. I figured you would have something." Molly pulled out her wand and said," there is a spell she can use. It's called the pad spell. It applies a pad to your bottom and keeps you red free for your cycle." She pointed at me and mumbled the curse. I'm not sure what she said, but she said not to worry because once you apply the spell once you'll never have to use it again until next year. I thanked her. We flooded back to the house. Sirius and Uncle Sev were arguing about something. Remi said," boys we don't have time we have to get Alex to the train." I didn't like Sev arguing with Sirius. There was something about him that made me want to protect him. Though, it could be my wolfy instincts. I don't know anymore. I feel like I have a strong pull towards him. It's probably just a schoolgirl crush. You know how those are. You like someone just because there nice to you or they are a guy. Remus saw me lost in thought, popped into my head, and said," you know pup it's not a good thing to be caught thinking all the time." I said," Remi get out of my head. You startled me. You know you could have just said that out loud." He said," I would have but I was curious as to what you were thinking of, and yes it probably is just a schoolgirl crush." I said," oh Merlin, I hadn't realized you heard that." He said this time out of my head,". I did, but don't worry, your secret is safe with me. Now let's get you to the train."

" Hey Alex check this out", Sirius says as he puts a spell on Remus. It was a rather funny spell. Remus was wearing a clown outfit. He had a red nose and a multicolored face. Even Sev was holding back a giggle. Sirius and I were sitting in the back seat while Sev and Remi were in the front. I started to laugh I couldn't hold it in any longer. Remi looked back and said," what are you laughing at now pup?" I said," Sirius told a joke. It was really good. How did it go again Sirius?" Sirius caught on to what I was doing. He knew I wanted him to make a clown joke. So, he says," Why won't a werewolf eat clowns? Because they taste funny. " I laughed again. Then Remi started to laugh. Remus couldn't figure out why we were telling clown jokes, so he looked in the mirror. I had put another spell Sirius didn't know about that made him not be able to see the clown spell. I whispered to Sirius," I used a spell so he can't see the clown spell. Trust me, I've done it before on Sev. Everyone else can see it, but he can't." Sirius started laughing even harder. He whispered back cupping his hand over my ear," you are the smartest 12-year-old I have ever seen. I wish I would have thought of that." I whispered back," I'll teach you when I get back, I promise." He smiled at me and said," I'll hold you to that." The trip only took 20 minutes, but Sirius made it feel like an eternity. His jokes were funny, and they were always cool. Uncle Remi hit a bump and I landed on Sirius's lap. " Oops sorry," I said as I awkwardly tried to get off his lap. He chuckled and said," it's quite alright Ally. It's Moony's fault for not being able to drive".
