Ophelia sat on the sunbed that Javon had exited from, just say there numbly
She'd lost Javon again, she felt absolutely broken and ashamed of herself; obviously she didn't flirt with Koa or anything it's just Javon wouldn't let Lia explain herself.
She'd completely abandoned her food and family also.
"Ophelia!" Jayla's voice startled Ophelia, she knew Jayla was about to have a huge rant at her, she just didn't care though.
Ophelia's eyes began to flood with tears, angry tears more than sad.
"What's going on?" Jayla asked, her voice shrieking with concern. Ophelia gazed up at the confused girl through her lashes, she felt happy because then she might have a chance to explain herself.
"Jayla, I need to talk to you but please listen to me."
"Of course I will." Jayla sat down on a sun-bed opposite Ophelia. "Now what's wrong?" Ophelia explained the whole situation, and Jayla silently listened, not saying a word. Ophelia even mentioned the day Koa and her made a really weird sort of eye contact, before they even knew each-other. She told Jayla everything.
"Why don't you just tell Javon that it was a misunderstanding Ophelia?" Jayla questioned.
"That's the thing." Ophelia started. "I tried explaining it, and he just walked away. He didn't believe me." Ophelia broke down into tears, terrified that she'd lose Javon again. Jayla rushed upto Ophelia and gave her the most comforting hug ever. The hug made her feel less alone and like someone understood her.
"Don't cry, please don't cry none of this is your fault." Jayla told Ophelia, stroking her hand against her back soothingly.
"I don't want to lose him Jayla." Ophelia says, just about managing to catch her breath. "I think I love him."
