"Alright! New years! And the plan-" Kayden goes into her bed and turns on the TV. "-stay in my room to stay away from everyone! This is the only time I get to stay away from everyone while they are all at the New years party! "
Kayden had everything she needed. Snacks, a comfy blanked, a TV she snuck in, and Yin.
Sure everyone is her friend but it's nice to be alone for awhile. Without her two roommates nagging her and without Trad bugging her to train.
Kayden turned on the TV to watch the Ball drop for the New Years and got nice and comfy with Yin.
*11:00* "One more hour until the Ball drops Yin and we are onto the new years!" Kayden said before hearing a knock on the door.
Kayden let's out a groan before getting out of bed to open the door.
Opening the door Kayden she's Free behind the door. "Hey Kay. I came here to leave the party and come over here."
Kayden turned pale at what he said. "Wh-What?" Kayden asked before Free pushed her gently aside to get in. "I didn't know you had a TV in here?"
Kayden just went back to her bed and got back t being comfy with Yin in her arms "Yip?" Kayden looked down to him "yup we aren't being alone this time."
*11:12* A few minutes later the someone knocked st the door again. Kayden got back up out of bed this time bringing Yin with her.
Kayden opened the door again to see Silas and Cuza at the door. "Hey Roomie! We came to get you so you can watch Valt and Honcho battle to see who can bob for the most appl-" Cuza stopped his sentence once hearing the TV and looked inside along with Silas.
"When did we get a TV?" asked Silas "and why is Free here?" finished Cuza. Silas pushed his way inside the room and just sat down along with Cuza.
"Oh well might as well enjoy the ball drop." said Silas getting comfy.
At this point Kayden won't get any alone time at all.
*11:22* Once again there was a knock on the door.
Kayden tired of all the knocking went to the door to find Valt, Honcho, Kit and Honey at the door.
"Guess who won at bombing for the most apples!" yelled Valt." He just got lucky! I would've won if-if I-" but Kit cut him off "When did you guys get a TV?" he asked making Honey look in" and when did they get here? " Kayden just had a blank look on her face.
"If you want you can just come on in. I don't really care at this point." and just like that the four sat down with everyone else.
*11:32*
This time npone knocked. Why?
Because Sasha just busted in.
"Has anyone seen Honey!? I wanted to give her a snack before her favorite ran out! Bu- oh there you are Honey. Oh and you guys are here too. Wait when did you guys get a TV?" Sasha asked giving Honey a chocolate swirl cupcake.
"Just join us if you want too..." Kayden said not even faded at this point. "Oh thanks!" Sasha said sitting By Kayden on her bed.
*11:39*
If there is one more Knock on the door Kayden might just lose it. But losers can't be choosers ig because another knock is headed from the door.
"Come in." The door opens to reveal Ivan, Stan, and Rickson. "Kris and Trad are looking for you guy- wait when did you guys get a TV?" Asked Ivan. "You can stay if you want...." Kayden said.
They just sat down and watched TV.
*11:56*
And again it's not a knock. Because Trad opened the door with Kris . "Why are you all not at the New Year's party and when did you get a TV?!" Yelled Trad as everyone look like a deer in headlights.
"Well I was gonna spend the new years alone buuut they all came here so I'm not alone."
Kris gave a smile "well we do have 3 minutes until new years so I say we all spend time in here." Kris sat down next to Kayden while Trad sighed and sat down.
*11:59 three seconds before new years*
"THREE. TWO. ONE! HAPPY NEW YEAR!" And on the next year they go. New year more Beyblade. Sure Kayden wanted to spend time alone but... maybe next time.
