Wednesday POV Today is New Year's Eve I plan on spending my day with with Enid by getting her gifts and having dinner together I've liked Enid for a while now and I thought tonight would be a good night to confess to her I hope right now I'm at a highly colorful boutique 'this is going to be dreadful' I muttered as soon as I walked into the boutique I was welcomed by a bubbly older woman 'hello welcome to the weathervane boutique is their anything specific that you're looking for' 'I'm looking for something bright and bubbly' I said. She nodded then showed me to a very bright and pink aisle. Disgusting. I walk down the aisle and find the sweater that seems the most like Enid a pink sweater with 3d designs on it. I went to weathervane to put together the gift basket and get some coffee wanting not to get interrupted but of course I get distracted by Tyler 'hey Wens' 'that's not my name' 'but Enid calls you that so I thought-' 'well you thought wrong are you Enid? No, so don't call me that' I said tired of him just wanting him to leave her alone 'well since you probably don't have any plans for today want to hang out?' He asked crazy of him to think I have no plans. Now leave me alone' Wednesday scolded at Tyler getting him to scurry off to assist other customers. Wednesday eventually finished her coffee and Enid's gift box and put a note confessing to her in the box and going back to nevermore. She eventually made it back to nevermore but on her way back to her dorm she bumped into Xavier 'hey We-' 'say one more word and I'll rip your esophagus out' it was now 8pm as she walked into the dorm
Enid's Pov It's almost 5 hours since Wednesday been gone hopefully she's I should probably go find her to see if she's ok I get out of bed and put on my pink and white converses and my fluffy pink coat and about to head out the door when Wednesday suddenly walks in 'Wens where have you been I was worried you were out for 5 hours' Wednesday pulled some pink boxes out 'these disgustingly pink boxes are for you I'll be on the balcony' she handed the boxes to me and rushed to the balcony I opened the first to see a pink detailed sweater and the other with a bunch of things that I love and a note that read:

No one's pov Enid was on the verge of tears she put one her sweater that Wednesday gifted her and went to the balcony to thank Wednesday when she went on the balcony she saw a candle-lit dinner which made her burst out into tears 'do you not like it?' Wednesday questioned 'no..th-these are happy tears thank you Wednesday' hugging the goth girl and her surprisingly hugging back as pulled back from each other fireworks went off indicating that is was officially new years. Enid starred into the goth's eyes falling into her dark and black void and Wednesday falling into Enid's blue ocean eyes. Enid couldn't hold back anymore she smashed her lips into the goth's lips. The kiss was short but filled with passion and love. Wednesday was the first to pull back 'what was that for' 'It was a new years kiss. You kiss the person you love the most at midnight on New Year's Eve it's a symbol of love'
