Chapter 5

Y/n pov:

I put my pen down and stretched my arms after finishing my paper.

"You done writing?" Dehya looked up from my book. I nodded and put the paper in some random drawer that I will probably forget about.

"This books pretty good so far. Do you mind if I borrow it?" Dehya asked while getting off my bed.

"You can borrow it, I don't mi-"

"Y/NNNNNN" S/n cut off my sentence. I could hear her running up the stairs and jumped a little when she slammed the door open. (idk how to describe it)

"Hi-" I started but S/n interrupted me again.

"HEY Y/N! What's Dehya doing in here? Honestly I thought you would be asleep by now. Anyways you should go to sleep now, bye!" S/n rambled and then shut my door, running back to her room.

"Well uh... I was going to say you can borrow it. I don't mind" I answered Dehya's question from earlier.

"Thanks Y/n. Good night." Dehya said, walking out of my room and closing the door behind her.

I went to my closet and grabbed something comfortable to wear and thought for a minute. Do I take a bath now or when I wake up?

I decided to just take a bath tomorrow since I was really tired. After changing I grabbed another book to read while Dehya borrowed the other one I was reading.

Soon after laying down my eyes started to feel heavy as I nodded off.

Dehya pov:

I fell onto my bed and sighed. I felt really tired for some reason.

I grabbed the book Y/n let me borrow, which was just resting on my nightstand while I was getting ready to lay down.

While I was reading the story I couldn't help but imagine Y/n and I as the 2 adventurers in love.

Over the past month I started to realize that I liked Y/n. I want to tell her, but it's not the right time yet. I want to spend a little more time with her before I tell her. Plus, when I do tell her, I want it to be special. For both of us.

~Time skip~

Y/n pov:

I woke up to someone violently shaking me and when I opened my eyes, I wasn't surprised to see that S/n was the one shaking me.

"What do you want S/n..." I turned my back towards her since I was still really tired.

"Y/nnn you told me to wake you up so that you can join the adventurers guild!!" S/n whined.

"Oh... right I forgot" I sat up and yawned and S/n rolled her eyes, getting up to leave.

After she left I took a quick bath and got ready for the day. I grabbed my sword and vision before leaving my room.

"Mother already left for work" S/n said while she was focused on whatever she was watching on TV. I think it was a documentary or something.

I poured some coffee and I saw Dehya walk into the kitchen, rubbing her eyes.

"Morning Y/n..." She said tiredly and I blushed a bit.

"M-moring. You want a cup of coffee?" I asked, taking a sip of my own.

"Sure. By the way, the book was pretty good. I put it on your desk while I was walking down here." She responded. I quickly made her a cup of coffee and then handed it to her.

"Thanks Y/n." Dehya smiled and took a sip.

"You're welcome." I smiled back at her and we talked a bit before heading out for the adventurers guild.
