its been 2 weeks since itto left, oh how miserable it is without him. ive done nothing but spend my days in the forest waiting for him to return, for what seemed to be never. just as i was about to take my leave, i heard a loud sound coming from the distance. i tried my hardest to move but i was so in shock it was almost impossible, standing there in fear i heard the sounds get louder and faster, resulting in a huge oni jumping onto me.

the sight of his face made me so upset i wanted to scream, trying to break free from his grasp i started hitting his chest out of anger.
"HOW COULD YOU LEAVE ME FOR SO LONG AND THEN JUST COME BACK LIKE NOTHING HAPPENEDD"

out of sorriness i decided to stop and let him talk.

itto quickly getting up allowing me to sit up and breathe, he began to speak;
"goodness- thank you ahem so first of all i so very apologize for leaving you", he teased in an ever so slightly attractive tone, which immediately left me flushed, "BUT I SAW THIS LIKE HUGE ONIKABUTO AND I REALLY WANTED IT BUT LIKE FOR SOME WEIRD REASON IT WAS SUPER FAST SO I STARTED CHARGING AT IT AND THEN IT LIKE DISAPPEARED SO OBVIOUSLY I CHASED IT gasppppp until i caught it and realized i was lost, end of story! hooray!

i could feel myself as i looked at itto with the most disgusted face ever, first of all he had me all flustered over nothing, and second of all he's stupid as shit.
"sigh im genuinely sorry pup, i shouldn't have ran off like that, you can be upset with me for as long as possible but just know i do feel sorry."
he began to look down with sorry eyes, ugghhhugfhid why did he always know what to say to make me feel bad.
"its okay itto just be more aware next time.."

completely ignoring my response i felt my feet lift off the ground,
"DO YOU HAVE A DEATH WISH OR SOMETHING PUT ME DOWN" at this point i was fed up, i started to violently squirm as he held me, letting loose some hits
"OWW- WOULD YOU CALM DOWN FOR A SECOND?!?? YOURE MESSING UP MY SUPER AWESOME HAIR"
"THEN PUT ME DOWN YOU IDIOT BEFORE I TURN YOU BALD"
"PLEASE" at the threat itto finally put me down, i gained my balance once more and dusted myself off.

"y-yeah sure.. love you too pup"
we surprisingly walked the rest of the way quietly, itto most likely traumatized. until we finally reached our destination. itto and i recently got a small little home for us to settle in. as i walked through the door it felt nice to smell the fresh scent of home.
oh how i missed this scent, as well as ittos.
though i did violently scream at him the entire time of his return i never properly spoke to him. of course i was going to wash off because hygiene is obviously key. as soon as i turned the faucet on to bathe itto was already at the door.
"may i help?"
"no! of course not are you insane?!"
"heh, maybe i am? come on love just this once, pleeeaaaassse"
"never in a million years, now leave me to bathe"

woah, wonder how long hes gonna pout.
i quickly undressed in case itto decided he would beg again, i then got into the warm bath to be phased by the relaxing sensation. i then leaned back and closed my eyes to enjoy this moment, that is until i felt someone stroke my tail.

"itto, how many times must i repeat myself? no is no."
"come onnnn just once! i promise i wont ever ever ever evverr ask again"

woah totally not over excited, OKAY IM SUPER DUPER EXCITED NEVER ONCE DID I THINK HE WOULD EVER LET ME NO MATTER HOW MUCH I BEGGED, okay okay calllmmm itto.
"hello?"
"huh- o-oh right!, where would you like me to start?"
"well i guess its kinda your decision"

honestly i was so excited i didnt even know where to start. i reached over to pump gorou's favorite shampoo for his tail. i began stroking his tail to make sure it was covered in the sweet smelling shampoo before washing it off. i decided i would make my way up so i pumped another one of his favorite soaps onto a small rag. i started cleaning at his back causing him to flinch due to the new temperature of the soap, other than that he seemed pretty calm, and he surprisingly didnt nag at me about pulling on his tail too aggressively. gosh im totally acing this right now.
"hey aint i pretty good at this?"
"hmm.. you are quite gentle and calm, ive never felt so relaxed."
oh my goodness you have no idea how bad i wanted to jump up and dance, gorou was ACTUALLY pleased! i continued to clean his back, then around to his arms, then as i got to his chest he seemed a bit startled.
"m-may i do the rest on my own?"
"awwwhh how come? i thought you were chillaxing"
"indeed i was, but you must be tired? please allow me to finish"
"but what about your ears??!"
"love dont worry i can manage, i basically do this everyday hah"
"i guuueeesss sigh okaaayyy" i slowly walked out of the bathroom in complete sadness.
so so sadness.
a few minutes passed and he was finally out! my sweet gorou was finally done! oh i should definitely ask to brush his tail.
"hey pup? can i brush your tail?"
"oookayy calm down, i can do that myself thank you"
"haha worth a shot" i winked at him, leaving him completely flustered which i have to admit was quite adorable
"a-ah, i will be brushing my tail now!"
i dont think ive ever seen him walk away from me so fast. him running from me wasnt gonna keep me from begging though! i went after him to our bedroom to spot him sitting on our bed so peaceful, carefully brushing through his tail. i wanted to cherish this moment forever but it all ended because he spotted me
"t-the answer is no! i already finished anyways.."
"oh no, i was just admiring how absolutely beautiful you are"
"my, stop saying such things to leave me completely speechless"
"heh of course"
it seems he had already finished brushing his hair so he got up to go put the brush away, which i also got up to follow right away. as soon as we came to a stop, i clung onto his waist and kissed his neck. how i longed for his scent..
"w-what in the world was that for?!"
i looked over to see a huge red mess.
"goodness that took an impact didnt it? haha"
"aaghh just let go itto"
"never!"
i grabbed onto him even tighter causing him to become even more flushed, this sight sure was amazing.
i turned him around to pick him up and carry him back to our bedroom, for it was already dark outside, meaning it was time to sleep. i realized when i picked him up he didnt scream or fuss, he must have been very tired. finally making it to our bedroom i plopped him right on the bed to cover him up, after he got all snug i climbed in bed right next to him and wiggled closer until we were hugging. before he could instantly knock out i was able to slip in the last words of tonight.
"you awake pup?"
"mhmm"
"alrighty then, goodnight my love! make sure to sleep in a bit, love youu"
i snuck a few kisses on his head which smelled so much like strawberries, i enjoyed it so much i probably couldve slept right there and then.
