Hi, guys! Sorry it's been so long since I've updated, I've been really busy lately with school and all, exams and whatnot. I hope all of you are still reading and are still interested! Now, in this chapter, we will be skipping forward a few months! So, let's get to reading!
Bella's POV
Ever since our first date, Jasper and I had been inseparable. We weren't official yet, but we went on a lot of dates and we didn't see anyone else. He stayed over at my place, I stayed at his.
We haven't done anything yet, but I could tell it was coming. Our kisses were becoming more passionate, our hugs and gazes longer, our touches lingering.
While Jasper was no virgin, he was alright with me wanting to wait. I was fairly positive that I was in love with Jasper Andrew Whitlock, but I didn't know what to say or even how to act.
The band was on a break right now because touring was over. Andy was in Ohio with his family, and Kellin and Ronnie were in L.A. with their families. It had been a few months since I'd seen my mom and dad, so I was going to go over soon.
Right now, I was cooking Jasper dinner. I was making fried chicken, mashed potatoes, peas, and I had bought a lemon cake for dessert. "Jasper! Dinner's ready!" I called as I sat his plate down on the table.
"Coming, baby doll!" I heard him yell back before I heard his foot steps echoing in the hall. A few moments later, I was sitting at the table with my Jasper eating dinner. He took a bite of his chicken and moaned. "Fuck, this is good chicken."
I giggled and sipped my tea as I watched him eat ravenously. "Honey, when's the last time you ate?" I asked, taking a bite of my own food.
"Earlier," he answered. "But you're cooking is better than mine, so I feel like I haven't eaten in years." I shook my head at him, still smiling. He's so cute. I love you.
"So, how was your day?" I asked as I sipped my lemonade. I had only been here around an hour and a half, and he'd been busy today. "I haven't seen you today."
He nodded, shoving another spoonful of mashed potatoes in his mouth. "It was good. I talked to my parents, worked out a bit, and cleaned house." He paused to take a sip of his tea. "Not very productive, but it was good. How about you, doll face?"
"It was great! I got my book through with my editor after waiting for like, two months. I talked to my dad again and I'm going to visit in a few weeks, and I, too, cleaned house." He smiled at me and nodded enthusiastically.
"That's great about your book," he replied. "I talked to the guys today, too. I think we're going to go on a bit of a break." What? They've been together like, five years!
"Really? Why? You guys are great." I was really shocked. The band seemed so great together and happy. Gosh, Bella, you're making it sound like a relationship.
Jasper shrugged. "Just to be apart for a while. We've all got families; Andy has Scout (I am using Scout because I do not like Juliet) Ronnie has his daughter Willow, and Kellin has Katelynne, Copeland, and his two step-sons.
I'm not saying we're splitting up- just taking a break. You know, like Fall Out Boy did, or something. Besides, even the paparazzi doesn't even follow us around anymore. That says something." I nodded. I understood.
"Yeah, I totally get it," I replied, taking our dishes to the dishwasher. "You guys just want to spend some time with your family, and that's great." He stood up and followed me to the sink where he wrapped his arms around my waist and lifted me up onto the counter. Jasper looked into my eyes and smiled. I smiled back.
