Kylie's POV

When I woke up, I was grabbing sheets, looking for something to hold onto.

During that, I accidentally grabbed Shawn's leg, which woke him up with a start.

"What? What? Are you okay?" Shawn asked, sounding paranoid.

"Shawn, it was another dream," I hardly even noticed the tears streaming down my cheeks until he wiped one away,"and you weren't here. You were gone. I couldn't find you. Please don't ever leave me. Please, Shawn. Please?" I said, sniffling and my voice cracking.

"Kylie, it's okay. I'm here. I won't ever leave you. It's okay. I would never do that to you," Shawn said, calming me down.

He sat up so he was resting on the bed board and pulled me in so I could lay down on his chest, with my hand over his heart.

I started to calm down, "What if this is all a sign?" I asked, my voice cracking.

"Then, we will have to be careful, but trust me, I will never leave you," Shawn said.

I took a deep breath and said, "Okay."

With that, I fell asleep and woke up the next morning with Shawn by my side.

I quietly got up and put on a pink tank top crop top with a black smiley face on the front and smile on the back. I wore a black sports bra underneath it and black high waisted shorts with gold studs all over them. I also put on my black Vans and straightened my hair.

When I walked out of the bathroom, Shawn was just starting to get up and looked at me and said, "Wow, you look nice."

I blushed a little, "Thanks, you're not so bad yourself."

"But I just woke up," Shawn said.

"My point exactly," I replied.

Shawn just smiled and got out of bed.

I walked up to him and kissed him on the cheek.

He kissed my forehead, and went to the guest room to get dressed.

Once we were both ready, we went outside and waited for the bus.

We took the bus instead of Shawn's car, because all of our friends take the bus.

When we got on, we saw Nash and Cameron sitting together, Jack and Jack sitting together, Matthew and Aaron sitting together, and Sammy sitting across from Aubrie.

I sat at the window seat next to Aubrie, and Shawn sat next to Sammy at the window.

I started talking to Aubrie.

"So, have you talked to Sam yet?" I asked.

"Yeah," she said, looking down and blushing.

"Ooh, tell me all about it," I demanded.

"Well, we were actually texting, so I will just let you read them," Aubrie said, handing me her phone.

I looked at the screen and she had already scrolled to the beginning of the conversation.

(S= Sam, A=Aubrie)

A Hey
S Hey Aubz what's up
A Oh nothing just watching TV wbu
S the jacks are at my place
A Ooh sounds like fun
S Yeah it is wanna come over?
A Sure! Be there in 10
S See you here
A See you

"And then, I went to his house and we talked and, he held my hand and it was magical," Aubrie said, whispering.

"I bet it was. So are you and Sam like 'a thing' now?" I asked her.

"Not yet," she replied.

I just shrugged my shoulders and texted Shawn, wen though he was right next to me.

(S= Shawn, K = Kylie)

K Has Sammy said anything about Aubrie yet?
S No why?
K Because I heard that they held hands the other day and Aubrie really likes him
S Lol no but I will talk about her with him if you want me to
K Yes that would be perfect

Then Shawn looked up at me and winked.

The bus stopped at another stop, which is unusual, because from my stop, it is usually straight to the school from there.

I looked to see who was getting on and it was a girl and Taylor Caniff holding hands.

There were no other seats, besides the ones behind us, so they sat there.

The girl was very pretty. She had dark brown hair and a beautiful tan body.

I had Aubrie and I switch spots and leaned over the aisle to see behind me.

"Hi," I said.

"Hi!" the girl said.

"What's your name?" I asked.

"That's Ciara," Taylor answered.

"I'm Kylie. It's very nice to meet you. Is it your first day?" I asked, motioning toward Ciara.

"Yeah," they said together.

"Well, stay near me and we'll be friends in no time," I said.

The girl smiled,"Maybe. Whats your schedule?"

I told her my schedule and she showed me hers and we had four classes together, and Taylor and Ciara had all of their classes together except for PE, because Taylor was in weight training, which is different because you do more of the weights than the running and other stuff.

When we got to the school, Taylor stopped everyone and introduced them to Ciara.

I'm sure that we will be good friends.
