Cap's POV

It's been several weeks since we have set up surveillance and I have gotten into the terrorist group. It took a lot for them to trust me and they are finally taking me to deal with the prisoners. As we walk over to the men doing manual labor, I see a familiar form and my heart starts racing. We walk closer and I see Luke sitting in a wheelchair. He is much smaller than I remember and as he looks up, his eyes are sunken and dark. He looks over towards me and I see that the light in his eyes is gone and he looks broken.

At this moment I am glad he doesn't remember me. The man next to me gets agitated as he can see that Luke is not working. "Get back to work, trash!" He walks up to him and smacks him across the face. Luke doesn't flinch and it breaks my heart to see him this bad. He hits him several more times and I finally grab the man's arm.

"Listen, I don't think that is going to help. I will take him back to his cell. He is obviously not going to be any help out here, and he doesn't deserve to be out here with the rest of them."
"Fine, take him back. We will deal with him later."
I quickly grab him and start pushing him back to the cells. His head hangs low and he doesn't say anything. We have got to get him out of her or we may lose him forever. As I wheel him off and out of view, I lean down and whisper in his ear.

"Luke, listen, it's Stephen. I don't know if you remember me but Brandon sent us. We are here to rescue you."

He slowly picks up his head and turns to look at me.

"You're here for me? Please, you have to help Tommy too."
"He's here too?"

"Yes."

"Fuck, alright. This may complicate things but we will get you both out. Just don't lose hope. It will take some time to find how to get you out."

I help him back into his cell and head back out to the grounds. I eventually see Tommy and see he is in better shape and know he can help us when the time comes. It's another few weeks and we have got all of our intel and now are trying to form a plan of attack. I have been able to talk to Luke and Tommy and let them know what is going on. Luke has seemed to find that light again and is willing to fight. I have let him know about Laura and Keely and they want him home as soon as possible. We have finally decided it was time and we were going in under the cover of darkness. I decided to call Brandon and let him know what is going on.

"Hey man, how are things going? Have you found him yet?"

"Yes, and we are planning on going in tonight. We need to get him out. He is bad, man. I'm not sure but I don't think he can use one or both of his legs. Tommy is there too. We will get them both out."
"Thank god you found him. I'm not going to tell Laura just yet. I don't want to get her hopes up in case it all falls through. You be careful and let me know when it is done."

"I will brother, gotta go. It's about time."

"Good luck"

I hang up with Brandon and we all get together and go over the plan. This is going to be dangerous and someone could get hurt, but we will do our best. It is finally dark and we get all our things together and head out. We all have bullet proof vest and night vision. It's go time and the adrenaline is at an all time high. We all arrive at the compound and quietly hide behind a building as we wait for several guards to walk by. We quietly slink up behind them and snap their necks. Slowly letting them slide to the ground, we quietly move into the next set. I grab the set of keys off the dead guard and we make it to the cells. My guard is up as I think to myself that this has been too easy.

"Alright guys, we are almost there. Keep a watch out for anything. This has gone too easy and I don't want to get caught in anything. We are all getting out of this."
