Pt. 6 The next level

[Next morning]

Zeeno's POV

*Alarm goes off*
I turned over to turn my alarm off and it seems that Rui has already woken up a bit. "Good morning sunshine." I whispered to him as I kissed his cheek. Rui let out a soft groan and turned over. I was kind of offended when he did that. Then again I can't blame him. After what happened last night I wouldn't be in the greatest mood either and that's if he even remembers what had happened last night.

"Rui? Are you Ok?" I asked knowing that I probably already know the answer to that. "Who was that man and why did he attack me and not you?" Rui asked almost in tears. "I knew him for a while until he ghosted me but I never knew he would come out to be like that." I answered in guilt. He looked at me with puppy eyes and tears running down his cheeks. "I-I was so scared and it h-hurt so bad for the seconds that I felt it." Rui stuttered. "I know and I'm so sorry you had to go through that." I replied putting my arm around him attempting to comfort him. "Can you make it up to me by bringing me breakfast in bed?" Rui asked all puppy eyed. "Sure." I replied without hesitation. I knew I had to make it up to him some how and it made it way easier when he told me how he wanted it made up to him.

I got out of the bed and headed down stairs. I grabbed 3 pans from under the cupboards and set them on the stove. I wanted to make blueberry pancakes, eggs, and bacon. I went to the pantery and pulled out the blueberry pancake mix. I took a average sized mixing bowl out of the cupboard and set it on the counter. I grabbed the proper ingredients and began to blend them making a not to thick and not to thin consistency.

*After making breakfast*
I carried the tray of breakfast goods up to the room Rui was in. "Mmmm smells delicious." Rui said as he took the tray out of my hand. "I'm not much of a cook but I did try my best for you." I said with a smile on my face. "Thank you." Rui replied while picking up his fork. When Rui took a bite it didn't seem that he didn't like it so I was pretty excited for his response. "It's really good!" Rui said as his face glowed with satisfaction. I smiled and took pride in my cooking skills that I unknowingly had.

*Later that day*
Rui's POV
"Hey Zeeno! Do you want to go see a movie later?" I asked while lazily scrolling through Tiktok. "Sure! Which movie and what time?" Zeeno replied looking up from his phone at me. "I was thinking the new Christmas movie called "Violent Night" at 5pm." I answered with excitement. "Sure I will go get ready now!" Zeeno replied.

Moments after Zeeno when up to get ready, I finally got up to get ready myself. When Zeeno finally came out of the bathroom, he looked so hot. He was in a white and black striped over sized sweater with a baggy pair of black sweat pants to match. I practically was mentally drooling over him. "Are you okay?" Zeeno asked with a smirk on his face. "Yeah I'm fine!" I answered in a rush. "But I do have a question though." I commented. "Sure, What is it?" Zeeno asked. "D-Does this mean we are d..d-dating?" I mumbled. "Sure! If that's what you really want." Zeeno replied smiling.

Zeeno's POV
Wow. Look at me. I got my self a boyfriend out of all of this mess. "I'll be out in the car!" I yelled while walking down the stairs. Moments later Rui finally came out and got into the car. Through the most car ride it was very quiet. "Sooo what kind of music do you listen to?" Rui asked while connecting his phone to the radio. "I don't really have a favorite or a main genre that I listen to but if I had to choose I would say any type of alternative rock like My Chemical Romance or Pierce the Veil.

It was an hour long drive to the theater so we had more than enough time to talk about anything and listen to music. Of course Rui put on My Chemical Romance and I had a deep feeling he would to. Honestly dating him the second day I meet him is something I suprisingly don't really regret. Some people may think it is weird or odd but I think it was fate that brought us together and I feel like we will be happy together and make our moments last as a couple. Or so I believe.....
