Sirius was groggily making breakfast one morning when he heard a slight tapping sound coming from the kitchen window. He immediately griped his wand as he approached the window slowly. Fully expecting an out-of-the-blue death eater attack, Sirius was mistaken when he saw a familiar snowy owl pecking at the glass.

Remus walked down the stairs at the same time Sirius opened the window and let the owl in. "Hedwig?" Remus asks, taking a seat by the counter Sirius was cooking at.

"Yup! Harry wrote back.... strange.. He didn't tie the letter to Hedwig's leg or anything. She was just holding it."

Remus raises his eyebrow. "Really? That seems a bit unlike him.. Read it. What's it say?"

Sirius unravels the little piece of parchment and reads it. Remus watches, extremely concerned, as Sirius goes deathly pale in a matter of seconds. "Sirius? what is it?"

Sirius turns to Remus and hands him the paper. Remus takes it and his reaction is similar to Sirius'.

"Harry! he-he's in trouble. What could it be? it could be anything! It could be a death eater! O-or-" Sirius sputters.

Remus grips Sirius's shoulders tightly. "Sirius. Calm down. Worrying isn't going help Harry. What's most important is finding him and ensuring his safety. We'll figure everything out later."

Sirius shakily nods. The two apperate to Privet Drive together as fast as they could. They dash to Number four and Sirius pounds his fist against the door loudly. The door is almost instantly answered by Petunia Dursley. Sirius was about to start yelling but Remus cut him off before he could.

"Good morning Mrs. Dursley. We're Harry's godfathers. We're here to check on him. We have reason to believe he is in trouble."

Aunt Petunia scowls. "The boy is certainly not in trouble. Now get off my property before the neighbors begin to notice... your kind... coming around here."

Remus felt his temper rising but ultimately kept a cool head. Unfortunately, Sirius couldn't accomplish the same.

"Let me see my Godson right now!" He shouts.
Taken aback, Aunt Petunia steps back. The two gentlemen take their chance and rush inside. They run past a screaming Mr. Dursley but they ignore him completely.

They dashed up the stairs swiftly before trying every door. They found only one to be locked with six different padlocks. Sirius and Remus glance at each other anxiously before Remus raises his wand at the door.

"Alohamora!"

The locks all break apart and the door flings open. The slowly enter the bedroom and the sight that greets them shocks them both.
