At First Sight

Lura's POV

I look outside and see different buildings that were not here when I was little I turn back around. I see Takahashi walking back over here with my order and his he got a black coffee. I laugh men do like black coffee its bitter, but it is good to them. I tried an Iced Americano, and it was surprisingly good, but it was bitter but had a lot of expresso shots in it. He sits down and gives me my ice cream. I like it and it tastes so good. It has been so long since I had ice cream.

    At the hospital it is always hospital food and that is just disgusting, I mean there is barely any taste. "Thank you, Takahashi, for today it brings back memories and now I can see a little" Im thankful. I eat the ice cream and taste the vanilla and then the sweet taste of the chocolate, my mother would always get this kind. So, today I tried it now that I can see again, I can finally live my life being happy. I finish the Ice cream and watch couples loving on each other it makes me smile happiness is in the air.

    "What you smiling about Lura" Takahashi speaks to me "huh, oh um I was smiling at the happy couples" I tell him He laughs. I blush and look towards the window seeing the trees and birds. At the hospital I would listen to them chirping and now I can see them. A tear slip I wipe it and sniffle I smile I cannot wait to see the world. "Lura, would you like to go to the mall?" Takahashi says, the mall? I have not been there

For a while I wonder what its like there "Yeah sure, let's go" I say. We get up from the booth and Takahashi grabs my hand and we head out.

    I wonder why he stills grabs my hand when I can see now "Lets go back to the park really quick, I got to grab Runa and bring her to my sister" Takahashi says I nod my head at him. We cross the street and grab Runa I giggle when she licks him in the face. "Good job Runa, good job" I praise her, Runa looks at me and barks I walk up to her and pet her she licks my hand. We walked to the car I saw the color on the car, and it is a red Toyota Wagon. I open the passenger door and get inside I buckle up just when Takahashi puts Runa in the cage in the back.

    I smile im starting to have feeling for him I blush thinking about him kissing me and I giggle. "What you laughing about Lura" I stop giggling and put my hand over my mouth "Umm nothing" I turn back around in the car. He shuts the door and gets inside the car he starts the car and when start to drive to his house. I watch the cars zoom by and everything looks so colorful the sky looks so pretty I see birds flying by. I turn around and look at Takahashi I look away when he is looking at me and blush. Why is he looking at me, has he always looked at me like that when I could not see? It is so confusing.

    The car stops, look, and see "wow this is a big house!" my eyes go wide and it looks so pretty I wonder what the inside looks like. I see a girl run outside she looks so pretty this must be his sister. I got out the car and she screamed my name "Lura! I missed you, and you to brother" She says to her brother. I looked at her for the first time and she has black hair with blue at the tips that is pretty. I wonder what my hair would look like if I dyed it I wonder what her age is "Yuna how old are you?" I ask her.
