Hi guys! So someone got me hooked on Percy Jackson books and I decided to write my own story! This takes place after The Blood of Olympus. So I hope you enjoy it!

One Demi-god shall be born with a curse

All the powers of Olympus, for better or for worse

But if the world is to live at all

The children of another soon must fall

Percy:

Percy looked around, this was his last night at camp, of course he would still see his friends next summer, but that was a long time to wait. At least he still had Annabeth, she would be with him no matter what. He looked down at the blond girl sitting next to him. She flashed him a smile. Percy heart melted. He leaned down and kissed her. He was glad to be spending time with his friends. Over on his left was Frank Zhang and his girlfriend Hazel Levesque. On his other side was Leo Valdez and his girlfriend Calypso. Man it was good to have Leo back. They had all thought he was dead until suddenly he had shown up in the camp a week ago with his beautiful girlfriend Calypso, that put all of the Aphrodite girls to shame. Leo noticed Percy staring and flashed him a smirk, showing off his muscles. Percy just shook his head. Across from him was Jason Grace and his girlfriend Piper McLean and Nico Di Angelo. He continued to look around the campfire as he saw other familiar faces. Suddenly he was startled out of his shock as there friend Rachel Elizabeth Dare, who was also their part-time Oracle of Delphi stood up. In a voice that was clearly not hers, she spoke loudly and boldly:

"One Demi-god shall be born with a curse

All the powers of Olympus, for better or for worse

But if the world is to live at all

The children of another soon must fall."

Just as quickly as it happened, Rachel sat down and the Spirit of Delphi left her. Everyone stared at the leaders of the camp, Mr. D and Chiron to see what they would do. Chiron calmly stood up to address the campers. "The Oracle has spoken. We now have yet another great prophecy. I believe it is now time f=to retire. For those of you that are not staying year round, please leave by 12:00 in the afternoon. Thank you" he said as he briskly walked away towards the Big House where he and Mr. D stayed. Everyone swarmed around Rachel. Except for his friends. They all gathered in a group waiting to get a chance to speak with Rachel. "Oh, the great Percy Jackson" Clarisse said as she walked up to him and his friends. "I suppose you will be a part of this prophecy too?" she said with a sneer. "Clarisse," Leo said. "The prophecy said 'shall be born'. Water boy here has already been born." He gave her a look that meant, "Well duh" Clarisse left in a huff. Rachel came over to join her friends. "Before you ask, I don't know why the oracle is working again, and yes, that was the next great prophecy." Percy smiled. "Well at least Leo is right. None of us are part of that prophecy." Percy said as his friends went back to their cabins for the night. Dreaming of their plans for the school year, and the future.

If only they all knew how wrong they were.
