Cheryl was all smiles the next day at school as she told Kevin she wanted to be Carrie in the play.

"Really?" Kevin asked.

"Well duh, I'm the best option for Carrie." Cheryl responds instantly.

Kevin smiled.

The redhead instantly goes into detail, telling him who everyone should play.

"Sounds... perfect." Kevin agreed.

"Good, glad you agree." Cheryl says before turning to walk away.

Kevin smiled.

The redhead walks straight over to Toni and sits down beside her.

Toni looked up. "Hey babe."

"Hey." Cheryl responds, curling into her side.

Toni kissed her cheek.

"Kevin is on board with everything I told him." Cheryl tells her after a moment.

"Good." Toni said.

Nodding her head, Cheryl smiles wider.

Toni smiled back.

"I can't wait to tell the others." The redhead says after a moment.

"They'll be excited too." Toni said.

Nodding her head, Cheryl curls further into her.

Toni wrapped her arm around Cheryl's shoulders.

"Thank you for being here." The redhead says softly.

"Always." Toni said.

Smiling, Cheryl turns to wait for the others.

Toni kept her arm around Cheryl.

"Hey Toni, Cheryl." Jughead says, walking up with Betty.

"Hey." Toni and Cheryl said together.

Veronica and Archie arrive moments later.

"Hey." Toni and Cheryl said together again.

"Hey." Veronica and Archie say in unison.

Betty, Jughead, Veronica, and Archie all sat down.

"I've got news." Cheryl says excitedly.

"News?" Betty asked.

Nodding her head, Cheryl looks at them. "I talked to Kevin and he said we all have the parts that I requested for us."

"Really?" Jughead asked apprehensively.

Cheryl instantly nods her head and smiles. "Don't worry Hobo, I got you a position where you're recording everyone instead."

Jughead smiled. "Thanks."

The redhead just shrugs and curls further into Toni.

"So when do rehearsals start?" Betty asked.

"Tomorrow." Kevin says, walking up to them. "Rest of auditions are today."

"Okay." Betty said.

Cheryl had become silent, lost in thought.

"So what exactly is this play about?" Jughead asked.

Cheryl instantly frowns. "Um hello, it's Carrie. As in Stephen King."

"Right." Jughead said.

Rolling her eyes, Cheryl curls further into Toni.

Toni kissed her cheek.
