zara is definitely a character that's close to my heart, she's obviously not from a hereditary indian background, but has been very immersed in the culture as her mum raised her in pondicherry then mumbai and married an indian aka her bestf when zara was a year old, and zara being completely raised by her adoptive!step dad loves him sm and has taken his name, alongside her very amazing step!bro.
also love the she talks, he listens aka chaos and calm vibe from them because zara is the hurricane/storm and kabir is the calm that needs to stop her from attacking manav and his butter knife mum, these two are so oblivious to their love that even sunny goes mad and noori questions the fact that he ignores his own advice—
also neelam being the og and having a character arc where she actually supports a love interest 😍😍 we love to see it <3
zara is definitely a shining show of my loves kalki koechlin and katrina kaif <33 also we can't wait to turn this into a ranveer singh book maybe???? where i write koffee w karan episodes cause however much of a bitch he is i love the show idk why—
