To my knowledge, there is no English translation of the Lovely Writer Novel circling around (official or otherwise).
Despite the fact that the novel has now been translated into Chinese and Japanese, we have heard nothing about an English translation since the Trial Reading by Deep Publishing (the company that detains the translation rights) in June of 2021.

Taking all of the above into account plus the fact that Lovely Writer has passed it's prime popularity (with the Series having finished in May of 2021) this is my attempt at a translation with the full knowledge that it can/will be taken down upon (rightful) request.
