Imagine: You and Greg have been seeing each other, the relationship is going great till you hear news that is devastating.

"This is (Y/L/N)" Holding the phone, I didn't need to know more. Greg was getting dressed for our shift, but he's constantly on his phone. Not thinking of any other reason, I suspected it was work.

Getting to the lab, we get out of the car and head to the entrance. Greg and I normally say our goodbyes, but tonight, something felt wrong. My insides were turning and then I headed to Hodges' lab to talk to him about the dinner with Greg. Greg had told me that he and Hodges had a guy's night while I hung out with Sara. I arrived at Hodges' lab, and he looked at me surprised. "(Y/N), figured you'd head to the conference room? What's up?" Smiling, I asked him the question. "Well, Hodges' I just wanted to see how your and Greg's guy's night went the other night?" Hodges' expression wasn't making me feel good. It worried me and he quickly answered. "Well, how thoughtful of him to want to include me, but I haven't had a guy's night in a while. And that was with Henry."

He noticed my face turning pale and got worried. "(Y/N), are you okay?" Didn't answer him, just shook my head and headed to the conference room. Greg found me in the hallway and began talking to me. "The case we're working on is a big one. We have two dead bodies and a possible homicide," He kept talking and I just looked at him. I was remembering all his features, his eyes, his smile, his funny jokes. Then, I remembered the memories we used to have. The late nights staying up and talking about music and the history. Hearing his voice again, got me out of the trance I was in. "What?" Greg closed the file and touched my arm. He leaned into quietly talk to me. "Are you okay, babe?" Babe?

"You cheated on me, didn't you?" He looked at me shocked and shifted to the other foot. He looked down at the file and looked at me. "Let's talk in the locker room." He turned to walk there, but I didn't move. "I don't want to know, Greg. Cause it's going to affect me at work." Greg walked back to me and touched my arm again. "Who told you that?"
