Azalea slowly walks out from the house and lets the long white train gracefully drag itself through the desert sand. Grissom turns and smiles at her. "I know that you wanted less tears, but if Warric were here, he'd be so happy for you." She sucks the tears back and wraps her hand around his arm. They walk down the make shift aisle and she smiles at him. The person who helped her through Warric's death, that made sure she was okay and the one person that Warric encouraged her to go for. "Who gives this beautiful bride away?" "I do." Grissom hugs her and sits down with the team and the guests.
Her family had nothing to do with her and she wanted it that way. Her team was her family and she didn't want anyone else to be there to watch her marry the one man that helped her through the tough times. Warric stayed on her mind and at first she thought he was there smiling, but it was just the sun burning bright for her. "We are gathered here today to join this lovely couple in holy matrimony." He looked at her and smiled while mouthing 'I love you'. "We'll start with the vows." She started smiling bigger at the immediate trembling she felt from his hands.
She remembered her talk with Warric about her perfect day and she thought about the thought of him hugging her. "I'm so happy for you, Z. He's going to be love struck when he sees you." "I know. I wanted you to give me away." Warric was caught off guard and he smiled and nearly cried. "I'd love to give you away. You're my best friend." They hugged and she felt complete. "I am so proud of you." Her turn, now. "Do you Azalea Marie Williams, take Gregory Hojem Sanders, to be your lawfully husband, to have and to hold, through richer or poorer, in sickness and in health, for you both shall live?" She looked at Greg and smiled at him. "I do." Now the rings. They both trembled putting their rings on. "By the power vested in me, I now pronounce you Mr. and Mrs. Gregory Hojem Sanders. You may now kiss the lovely bride."
