Cooper was walking into the Paddock for pre-season testing, it was her first season with Mercedes, and she was beyond nervous on how the season would play out.

She didn't want to let Toto Wolff or Mercedes down in her first season with them, making them regret that they took a chance on her. No, she wanted them to be proud of her. Especially the 7 time world champion by the name of Lewis Hamilton, her teammate for the season.

Making people, especially her teams proud is something she prides herself on. Not being able to handle disappointment, which leads to her pushing herself harder than anyone else.

"Hello Mr. Wolff." Cooper smiled greeting her team principal when she walked into the Mercedes garage.

"Hello, Cooper. Please just call me Toto." The team principal said with a smile while greeting the girl.

"Okay, Toto." She said with a smile. "How are you?" She added.

"Good, ready for this season to start. Hopefully we can contend for the championship this year." Toto replied back with a smile.

"Hopefully, I'm sure we can do just that." She smiled at him.

"I'm positive about it." Toto said with a smile. "Now please go see Mick, he's been asking for you." He added with a small chuckle.

"Yes sir." She told the team principal with an innocent smile, skipping out of the garage before he could say anything about it.

While walking to the Haas garage to find Mick Schumacher, someone that she had become close to from formal 2 and 3.

The pair had grown closer since Sebastian Vettel had taken both of them under his wing in Formula 1, as they were both children of two of his closest friends.

They're also big pranksters which people find odd, because as far as they know the girl never was one. Which ultimately left them to blame the youngest Schumacher.

"Hey!" Cooper said loudly, jumping on the younger man's back happily, smiling even bigger when she noticed her uncle standing with him. "Hey uncle Seb!" She added quickly.

"Hey Coop." They both replied with a smile.

"Excited for the new season sweetheart?" Sebastian asked her. "Nervous?" He added knowing that this is her first season at Mercedes and that she's probably filled with nerves.

"I'm excited and Nervous. What if I mess up?" She said to them.

"You won't Cooper, you worked unbelievably hard for this, I have all the confidence in you and Toto wouldn't have signed you if he didn't think you'd fit into the team or if he didn't have the same confidence that I have in you." Sebastian told her.

"Yeah Coop, you're one of the best, a history maker, there isn't a way that you could disappoint. You Cooper Reynolds won't let yourself disappoint anyone, it's not in your DNA, that and the fact that you're just that bad ass." Mick said with a smile.

"Language Mick." The older of the Germans said, causing both of the younger drivers to laugh.

"Thank you guys, it means a lot." She said with a smile.

"It's what we do best." They said with a smile, causing her to smile.

She started to think about how lost she would be if she didn't have them both here with her at this moment.

When she got the news about Mick making it in Formula one she was beyond excited.

She finally had one of her closest friends to talk to and to confide in. Not that she doesn't have other drivers but she feels that there's only a few that she could open up to like a close friend.

"How about you Mick?" She asked, turning to him.

"I'm excited to finally be here, but nervous about not living up to my dad's legacy in this sport." Mick said.

"Mick, you'll make him proud no matter what, he'll want you to do this for you and anything you do will add to the Schumacher name in this sport. Your family is slated into the books." She said, squeezing his hand.

"Thank you Coop." Mick said with a smil, squeezing back gently, causing Seb to smile at the two of them.

I promise that I didn't forget about this book, I just have a habit of get ideas then over working myself on getting as much as I can done on one book.

I have so many books planned for this and I'm hoping to finish some of my others.
