"The tension between you and Verstappen is so noticeable."

Lando Norris told his friend as she was walking next to him on the streets of Monaco in the late afternoon.

"Because I hate him Lan."

Cooper Reynolds told him with a slight roll of her brown eyes at the mention of the Red Bull driver that she hated.

"Keep telling yourself that Coop, but we all know that's a lie."

He said with a smirk as he knew that both his friends had tension between them that wasn't exactly because of the hate that they shared in their veins.

No it was almost like they were hiding feelings for each other.

"It isn't a lie Lando, I hate Max with a dying passion."

"You aren't fooling any of us with that statement Cooper and you know it."

"Then your blind, that's the only other explanation for it."

"You're the only blind one here."

"I'm not blind."

"Says the one that's madly in love with Max Verstappen, her rival."

Lando said with a smirk as he knew that his friend indeed like the Dutchman but was choosing to be in denial about her feelings.

"Never utter those words again."

The Reynolds woman told the British driver in a disgusted tone of voice, gagging a little at the thought of what that statement was hinting at.

Her and Max dating would never happen.

"You like Max."

Lando Norris said whist running off before the words could fully registered in her mind knowing that when they did he would've been dead right there and then.

"GET BACK HERE NORRIS!"

Cooper Reynolds yelled as soon as the words registered, running after him with a glare on her face.

"YOU HAVE TO CATCH ME!"

George Russell and Charles Leclerc looked at the Norris man confused as he walked in to the paddock with a limp and what looked like a slight black eye.

"What the hell happened to you?"

George Russell asked as soon as the British driver reached the duo the confused look never leaving his face.

"Cooper knows how to throw a punch."

Lando Norris mumbled to the duo as the memory of the American driver finally catching up to him was still fresh in mind as was the punch that she threw at his eye.

"What did you do to deserve that."

Charles Leclerc asked with a laugh as he looked at the McLaren drivers eye to see the small hint of blue around his eye, also telling him that it happened recently but not the day before.

"Never bring up her having feelings for a certain Dutchman."

The brown haired Mclaren driver told the duo in a whisper whilst looking around to make sure the Mercedes driver wasn't in hearing distance.

He did not want to get punched again or tackled.

"You dumbass, you never bring that up."

George told him while smacking the back of his head with a roll of his eyes at how idiotic his friend was.
