Chapter 5: Snow's Father?

I looked behind me and saw my other neighbor. "Oh hey, Sienna " I smiled at her awkwardly.

"I didn't know you'd buy this creepy dorm." She went inside and walked inside Kenji's room.

She was about to touch his bookshelf "Wait!" She turned and looked behind me and gave me a confused look.

"What? You don't even read Aira." She grabbed one, thick book and opened it.

"If you just plan on making a book collection, but want to read it, just make a library dude." She said while reading it.

"Or you can just give them to me, books are my friend‚ my companions. they make me laugh and cry and find the meaning in life."

She said while fake crying and whipping her fake tears.

"This house isn't mine, Sienna, and why the hell did you just explain to me why you love books so much?" I looked at her weirdly.

"Nothing hehe, well whom does this house belong to?" She said while putting back the book carefully back onto the bookshelf.

"From a.. friend."

I smiled at her. "Oh, ok, I'm not helping you to clean up though, I have plates to finish. Toodles!" She winked at me and wave.

After that, it was just me and Snow, and this messy room. I sighed. "What am I going to do now, Snow?"

I quickly piled up the clothes he ruined and folded them, Oh no. Not the flower vase. I'll just buy one even though I'm broke.

After cleaning the mess Snow made, I got out of the apartment and locked it. This time, Snow is with me.

"I really can't leave you here, Snow, Not after what you've done."

I guess I'll have to bring you with me." I sighed again. I got my black coat and my keys.

I Grabbed Snow and went to the parking lot, opened my car, and made him sit beside me.

"Do I need to make you wear a seatbelt or not?" I looked at Snow laying down in the front, passenger seat.

"I'll just make u wear one." I quickly fastened his and my seatbelt and drove near a gift shop.

Fortunately, they had vases. They were a bit pricy though, but I didn't wanna owe him something. I absolutely hate owing someone.

So I just bought the $60 one. The lady gave me the paper bag with the secured vase. I was still holding Snow.

I ran back to my car since Snow is a little bit heavy.

"Phew" I whipped the remaining sweat on my forehead and placed the vase in the backseat. "Don't you won't break on me, vase."

I'm here now at my apartment. Thankfully, the vase didn't shatter or crack. If that happens, I'll be doomed.

I opened my door and placed Snow on my sofa while I got back to Kenji's house.

I grabbed the flowers placed on his coffee tablet and inserted them into the vase.

"There, good as new." I immediately came back to my house, who knows what Snow is capable of?

It was currently 11 pm right now. I got ready for bed after eating dinner, Kenji knew about what happened, he told me he installed a camera in his house, whenever his away.

So what's my point there? At least I'll have $500 now.

Kenji actually got mad because Sienna touched his 'beloved bookshelf' I guess it's his life's work. He'll most likely scold me for letting someone in without his permission.

2 days have passed and I'm about to greet Kenji for coming home.

He told me to help with his luggage so I did, damn I sound like a maid. I saw him wearing a black tux paired with black trousers, and he wore a golden bracelet.

Meanwhile, I looked like a potato sack.
"Welcome back!" I greeted him with a smile. He smiled back at me "So, who was that girl you let into my house.. without my consent?"

He looked at me madly. "Oh she's Sienna, Also, I didn't let her in, she barged herself in!" He sighed and looked down. As he brushed his hair.

"Why did you let her touch my books?" He looked at me again, with one brow raising.

"Well it's because..well, she's Sienna," I smiled at him awkwardly.

While we were walking back to our apartments, we went to the elevator, there were just the two of us. It was pretty quiet, not until he decided to break it.

"Oh" I looked at him. "And did I mention my vase?"

"Alright, I broke some rules you gave me. I'm sorry ok? Besides, I replaced it already. Don't be so grumpy."

"I told you not to let ur cat in" the elevator door opened, and we picked up his pieces of luggage, "You really didn't listen." Ok, now I really feel bad.

I just stayed silent until we come close to his front door.

"Ladies first," he opened the door for me.

"Thank you." I entered and placed his items of luggage near his sofa. "Well, I'll get going now. Bye, Kenji" I smiled at him one last time and left his dorm.

I was watching a tv series. After a few hours, I heard another knock. "Come in" I already knew it'll be Kenji. Sienna is way too busy with her university studies.

Kenji came in and saw me laying down, with Snow on my tummy, while snacking. "Here's your payment," He gave me $500, just like how I expected.

Wow, He still paid me even though I fucked up his house?

"Thanks." He sat down on the floor since my whole body has taken over my whole living room sofa.

He grabbed some of my snacks and watched with me. "Where did you adopt that cat?" He took Snow and held him.

"I didn't adopt him, I took him in." I sat down and looked at both of them. "What do you mean?" I told him what happened.

"So your Snow's fur mom?" He asked while petting him. "Uhh, kinda, I guess"

He smiled and kissed Snow.

"Can I be his fur dad then?"
