Strange Jungle

The front looks like an entrance, it doesn't look like an abandoned place. The shore is clean, and the wind is refreshing, but the feeling is odd. Birds flew from the inside, and we got startled a bit.

"Should we enter? It somehow looks safe, I guess. I mean, it's clean and I think someone owns this island because of the carved entrance." Jack said.

"Maybe?" I hesitated to reply. "We should ask for help immediately so we can continue our vacation or just call this a day."

It's quite dark already inside the jungle so we all hesitated, but Milee spoke and said, "I think we need to hurry; the sun will go down soon, and we'll be out of sunlight."
"Milee is right" I spoke and continue, "let's get inside the jungle, the faster we are, the fastest we get to be where we want.".

Everyone agreed and we head inside the jungle to find help as soon as we could. We stick together while we're finding someone to help us. We walk, and walk, and walk, but still no sign of any people around. Then one time we didn't realize Jack and Vince are injured due to the thunderstorm. Milee found out that Jack was bleeding so did Vince.

"Why didn't you guys tell us that you're injured?!" Milee asked with anger and worry.

"We just didn't realize that we're bleeding, and besides it doesn't hurt." Jack replied as Vince continued, "we also don't want you guys to worry, and we'll just slow down everyone if we told you that we are injured. See? you guys stopped just for this. As Jack said, it doesn't hurt, and we already did first aid, so no one has to worry."

Everyone is relieved so we continue walking through the jungle. An hour had passed, the sun went down, and there is only the sound of crickets, branches blown by winds, leaves cracking with our every step, and flaps of the wings of owls. We decided to find a cleaner area where we could settle for the night and continue in the next day.

The next day.

I woke up and wake up everyone. When everyone woke up, I told Robin to climb the tree next to him to see where we should head through and if he saw a building or a shelter. So, he did, when he climbs up, he saw a beautiful view from up there and climb back down.

"Guys, I saw a huge gate not so far from here, we should head there and maybe we'll see someone to help us. But it's kind 'a weird, I'm not sure if I read it right because it's quite far but it looks like it says "academy". I can't really read everything." Robin said with exciting tone.

"Nah, that's impossible. Why would there be a school in the middle of a jungle?" I replied.

"But at least now we can get someone to help us get out of here, that's what's important."
