"Ayyy when I said to come visit I thought we'd do something fun, Y/n..." Says a very sad Lucas slouched over his dinner table as I typed away at my computer.

"Shhhh! When you're older you'll understand that not everything has to be about fun Lucas."

"Look at our job comparisons! You just sit here all day."

"Ok ok! Fine let's go do something!" He's always been like the annoying little brother I never asked for.

"Yes, finally!" He says springing away from the table.

All this energy and for what!

Lucas runs into a room putting his shoes on and comes back with a ball in his hand.

"Oh hell no! You put that back right now!" I screech.

"Ahh, please Y/n! Remember when you used to go in goal for me?"

"Lucas-"

"It was so fun remember we both used to be covered in mud!"

"Ughhhh"

"Yeaaaah let's go!" He drags me to his oversized back garden and stands in position. He picks up gloves and throws them at me. "Be ready woman!"

"Try me...... Man!" I say trying to match his energy.

Lucas takes a step back then fully runs at the ball kicking it my way and to my surprise it rebounds off my hands. We both kinda stand there in awe. I run round chanting my second name which is his as well making no sense. He starts laughing. We play back and forth for hours. The aftermath of my shirt and face was a disgrace. Lucas took a picture and posted it on his story. It wasn't until i checked my phone to see what he had done.

"LUCAS WHY!?" I see him sniggering at his phone watching the number of his views rocket up.

"That's not even the funny part. Look what the boys said" He says holding in his laugh.

Memories flood back into my brain when I used to obsess over him. Finding the best photos I can of him and printing them out waiting for the day I could actually meet him.
