Thanks for clicking on my story! At the minute, this is only romance, no sexual/smut content. But please let me know if you would like me to add it!
I texted Alfie to head over after work.
I'd been dating him about a month now, but we were mates before that. He worked quite closeby so he wouldn't be long, I was hoping he'd want to stay over since it was already getting late. He hadn't stayed over before, we had slept together but never stayed till morning.
Half an hour later he knocks on the door.
"Guess what I found today" he says as soon as I open the door. In his hands is a takeaway bag from my favourite takeaway shop, I smile.
"What?"
"Your dental records." My heart drops, I hadn't been to the dentist in ages. It wasn't that I was terrified or anything, life just seemed to get in the way and it was so expensive.
"Looks like you haven't been seen in, what? A year? Nearly two?" he says as he puts the food and his backpack on the counter. "Are you scared of the dentist?" He looks right at me, his eye contact both seductive and unnerving.
"I'm not scared of the dentist. I just dont need to go to the dentist." I reply firmly and quickly. "What food did you get?"
"I got your favourite, katsu curry, and for me I got shredded beef". He leans in and kisses my forehead before going to sit on my couch, I follow.
He pulls his legs into a cross legged position, then pats his lap, looking at me expectantly.
"What?" I reach for the food.
"I'm going to give you a check up. Two years is far to long miss. Pop ur head on my lap and we'll start."
"Don't worry I'll just book an appointment later, can I eat please?"
He leans down to his backpack which rests against the couch and pulls out a small sealed pouch containing dental tools.
"Babe. Look, I'm sure if there's something the matter I can help you. And if you're scared, wouldn't you rather it be me than some stranger?"
"I'm not scared and nothing's wrong." I reply. He looks at me in a way that just melts my heart, so I sigh and lay my head onto his lap.
"Thank you sweetheart" he takes my hand and kisses it delicately. I look up at his face, completely mesmerised by the way his curls fall just above his eyes, his freckles that lightly dust his nose, and his big brown eyes, and just know I'd let this man do anything to me.
