Chapter 10

Y/n POV

The tribe council members is doing a bonfire tomorrow night to tell the legends and they want my bio family to come and hear the tribes histories. I didn't want to do it at first but my sister came to my mind and I decided to tell them. I'm currently on my way to their house that's just near the treaty line and once I made it, I went out the car and up to their door. I knocked on it and waited patiently for someone to open the door. After a minute the door opened and it's Klaus who looked shocked seeing I'm here. "May I come in?" I asked him. He nodded and let me in and we both walked into the living room and see the rest of the family their as well as dad, Marcel, aunt Davina and uncle Kol.

Hope stood up and hugged me tightly and I hugged her back. We both let go of the hug and I faced the family. "The council members have invited you guys to a bonfire. Billy will be telling the legends of the tribe." I said to them. "Are you sure we can come?" Hope asked me. "Yes, but the rest of the family has to be on their best behavior and won't cause any trouble. This is basically a preparation bonfire for the battle that will be happening in two days." I explained to them. "We'll be there, Y/n." Hayley said to me and gave me a small smile. I said nothing but left the house but before I went into my truck Hope stopped me. "Hey, Y/n. I was wondering if we could hang out and I want to officially meet my niece and nephew." Hope asked me. I could tell she genuinely wants too. "Ok. But be careful the pack is way protective over my kids." I said to her.

We both got into my car and headed to my house. We walked in and see Jacob and Brady with Lucas and Chloe. I can see Jacob stand up protectively in front of Lucas and Chloe once he saw Hope. "Don't worry Jake I've already forgiven her." I assured him. He looked at me and nodded his head and stood by the kids who looked confused at Hope. "Lucas, Chloe. I would like you to meet your aunt Hope my older twin sister." I said to them. Lucas was the first one up following behind us Chloe. Hope bent down to their height and smiled at them. "Nice to meet you Aunty Hope." Lucas and Chloe said. They both have her a hug which made me smile at them. I let them play with hope for a while as I hear the pack come in laughing and messing with each other. The pack knows I have forgiven Hope so they didn't mind her coming here but Leah was still a little protective to not only the kids but to me as well. Me and Leah cuddled on the love seat as we watch Hope and the rest of the pack hanging out. I Hope no one gets hurt in this battle.

The next day

Me and the rest of the pack were all helping out with the bonfire today and Emily is cooking with the help of Leah. The kids phased and started to play around with each other as Brady was watching them because Jake went to go get Bella by the treaty line. Once the sun was down I see dad, uncle Kol, aunt Davina, Marcel and the rest of the Mikaelson's walking towards us. I got up from my seat and walked towards them. "Hey sis." Marcel said to me as I hugged him. "You guys are right on time. We are waiting for Jacob who is bringing Bella to come hear the legends." I explained to them. "But aren't these legends a secret?" Elijah asked me. "Yeah, but the elders thought it'll be good to hear them. Besides it'll be the first time Quil, Leah, Seth and my kids will hear them for the first time." I explained to them.

We all walked to the bonfire and I sat down next to Leah as Lucas and Chloe shifted back and put on their clothes and went and sat down next to us. The Mikaelson's found a seat and waited patiently for Billy to start. Hope sat down next to me and gave me a smile making me smile back back at her. I looked behind me and see Jacob and Bella walking towards us making Chloe squeal and ran over there with Seth behind her. Jacob picked her and kissed her cheeks making her giggle. I looked back and see Billy wanting me to signal them that we are about to start. I whistled them that it's about to start and they walked over to us and sat across from us. Chloe sat on Jacob's lap as Lucas was sitting next to Brady. I put an arm around Leah and she wrapped her arm around my waist and waited for Billy to start.
