(Keian P.O.V)

When i saw my friend luke last

i had followed him into the forest behind his house. He said he was leaveing

for a few months and i had no idea what he meant. I followed him into the woods

in my wolf form keeping a bit behind him. He didn't notice me at all. He was

looking for something. My wolf said ‚'I can sense mate'. I shifted back if it

was a human mate i different want to scare her. He stop in the middle of a

clearing and i walked around to get a better view. Told in front of him was a

pure white bobcat with amazing blue eyes. He said something to it, dropped his

bag and slipped out a matching necklace to his black gem on a silver chain like

his eyes. He put it on the bobcat and it started to shift. The bobcat was a

small boy, my age, maybe youger, with pure white hair and amazing blue eyes.

His skin was pale and i felt a blood trickle onto my lip when i saw he was naked

"Were are we" he said in a thick german accent that sent slivers up my spin. 'MATE!!!'

my wolf screamed jumping for joy. My mate is a guy. I watched him talk to luke

and sadly put clothes on. The it happen so quickly that i couldn't believe what

i saw. Luke took off his necklace and handed it to the boy and shifted into a

rabbit.  

" Auf wiedersehen" he called to the rabbit and quickly

started to walk through the snow. Something snapped into place in my head. One

my mate was a Bobcat, two he was a shifter and three his necklace controlled

the shifts.

The next day I saw he in

school, he was talking to Kerry and Shaun her boyfriend. Kerry was my beta and

Shaun knew about us and he was her mate. When I talked to Kerry later she said

his name was Oakley and he was meant to be Shaun's cousin. When I talked to him

to her was cold and it made my wolf sad and happily, I like a bit of a fight. When

I touched him he was cold as ice and the smelled like a frozen forest, sharp

and fresh. I decide to pull Shaun aside and asked. It was after football

practice when everyone but me and him had left.

"Shaun?" I asked.

"Yes" he said pulling on

his top.

"I know what he is" he

froze, only for a second but then regain himself.

"Whatever do you mean" he

asked pretending to be clueless.

"About Oakley, I saw him

shifted" this time he froze and didn't move. He was silent for a long time.
