Getting off your bed you headed towards your window after hearing the sound of his bike, since you want to see him . He was your hot neighbour, who also happened to be one of your childhood friend who you stopped talking to as he wasnt speaking either.
According to you, you had a tiny crush on him. LIES. You were head over heels from him after all he was The Kurowaka Izana, the hottie of the school and the neighbourhood, the bad boy.
The Kurowaka family had shifted to a house near yours when you were a kid. Your friendship with izana started on the welcome dinner, that time when your parents invited the kurowaka family for the dinner.
You two went to the same school, you two had gotten really close but after some years he started hanging out with his other friends much and so did you.
You both stopped talking to each other, you wanted to talk to him but didnt want to be clingy so you didnt. Afterall if he hadnt spoken to you why would you. Right? Thats when you realized you had a crush on him, he must've just thought of you as a friend but here you were expecting him to talk to you for years.
Presently, you were staring at izana wondering why he wouldnt talk to you but one of his friend who was sitting next to him on his bike whispered something on his ears and izana immediately looked at you.
You both had an eyecontact, you cleared your throat, closed your window and layed on your bed. fuck why did you have to look at him.
After a moment your mother started calling you, you sighed and headed towards the kitchen from where your mom was calling you. Your eyes widened after seeing the person beside your mom.
"Hey there y/n. Its been a while" izana spoke and you just nodded smiling a bit.
Your mom left towards the kitchen leaving you both alone to continue the conversation.
"so y/n i wanted to invite you over for my birthday actually." Izana gave you a smile.
"Oh when is it?" You said as if you didn't know it.
"Its tomorrow. See you tomorrow" izana smiled and left.
You were left to your own thoughts ab how you both hadn't talked for so long yet he came to you after years for his birthday with the audacity of inviting you to his birthday as if you both were still friends. All you could say was wow.
