Sora and his friends all walk through the halls carefully, and they look around the place.
Sora: O. Kairi, you take the girls, and go save Karen. Me and the boys will go save John. Once we get them, we'll meet up to find Blade.
Kairi: Ok.
Kairi takes the girls with her as Sora takes the boys with him. The girls quietly and carefully walk through the halls, and then, they come into a hole with four holes on the floor. Then, they hear Quinn and Frost talking.
Quinn: That surfer boy had a nice butt. I sucked him dry. And you'd figure he'd turn, man.
Frost: Yeah, but he didn't turn, did he? No. He turned into some kinda zombie.
Quinn: It happens sometimes, cutie. (Imitating zombie)
The girls hear that they're coming this way. They all hide somewhere, and wait. They see them entering the room with Karen. They stop her by one of the holes.
Quinn: He was freaking tripped out.
Frost: Pathetic.
Quinn: Yeah. These guys are complete scum, man. They'll eat anything, animals, rodents, corpses, and sometimes...they'll even eat vampires.
Karen: That's a plus.
Frost: And bearing that all in mind, I'd like you to meet an old friend of yours.
He pushes her down the hole. The girls silently gasp at this. They both look down the hole.
Frost: It's too bad. I kinda liked her. What a waste.
They both walk away. As they leave the room, the girls quietly come out. They all look down the hole. They can't see Karen. Yang and Kairi look at each other, with Momo and Miki. They all nod a each other. They decide to jump down there to help her. The rest of the girls go back to hide in case some guards come in. Kairi, Yang, Momo, and Miki all land at the bottom. They see that the area around them is like an old pit. They found Karen on the ground, and help her up. As they do, they hear deep breathing in the room. They see bones all over the ground. Then, someone moans behind them. They all turn around, and see a man wearing a doctor's outfit. But his skin is rottening.
Man: I don't know what's happening to me. No pulse. And, of course, there's the question of lividity.
Karen looks at him, and is in shocked. He's someone that she knows.
Karen: Curtis?
The man, known as Curtis look at her. The girls look at her, and remember that she works at the hospital. Which means that this man might be her friend.
Curtis: Ahh. Karen? Karen.
Karen backs away from him with the girls as he walks to her. She falls on her back.
Curtis: I never thought I would see you again. Tell me, Karen, do you ever have second thoughts about us?
Her answer is kicking him in the face. He groans as he goes backwards. He turns back around, roars and charges at them. Yang punches him in the face, making him hit the wall. Karen picks up a bone, and hits him with it. Miki then kicks him in the chin, sending him back. Then, they all begin to climb up the holes. Curtis is on the ground, trying to get up as he crawls.
Curtis: Karen! Karen! Karen! Karen! Karen. KAREN!
Momo: Ignore him, Karen. Come on.
They all continue climbing up the holes, trying to get back up. Meanwhile, with John, the guards take him back up to the surface, and leave him there for Invader. They go back down. John lays on the ground, still weak. He's panting. Then, Invader comes to him. He looks down at him.
