Callista POV

After the wedding I worked very hard. I risked every penny I have to invest at stocks. I can say nag bunga naman ang lahat ng paghihirap ko. I am a licensed physician and a business woman.

"I am so proud of you anak, you did great." I looked at how my dad looked so proud at my sister for coming out of the tv for an advertisement.

"How about me dad?" everyone got silent. "Ano nanaman ba to Callista?" tumikhim ako at ngumiti. "Naging proud kaba sakin?" he looked annoyed, but I got my answer.

"How about you mommy? Are you proud of me?" My mother jokingly laughed and took my wine. "Callista you're drunk already. Go to your room now." sinenyasan nya si aling bebang to escort me. "Simple question. yet no one can answer."

"How about you Gio? Are you happy? You made me look like a fool." I stood up got near to him and slapped him hard as hard I can. "You are a jerk."

"Callista!!"

"What do you want from me?!! I hate you dad! You're always like this to me. You've been always treating me differently! None of you care about me!! I was totally an outcast." My tears betrayed me, I cried my heart out while they are watching.

"Cause you are not my daughter!!!" The words, the words were like a knife to me. I turned my back and leave the house.

After that day I didn't saw anyone in my family.

"How can I help you ma'am?"

"I want to withdraw 100million."

"Ahm it will take awhile ma'am please have a coffee."

I waited for 7hours. As I recieved the money I seperated the 50million and put in another bag.

I drive to my parents house. I throw the bag with cash and letter at their doorsteps. I know they wont care about anything.

I flew to spain leaving everything in the Philippines.

"Hola hola señora bienvenida a españa." The people here welcomed me as if I was one of them. I felt happy.

"Can I go to "No Me Ames Menos" i'll pay."
"sí señora"

I am planning to work here. I left all of my money in the Philippines. I take an oath to myself I will only go back their if I already fulfill the loneliness I have.

"Hi my name is Callista I heard the resorts hiring?"
The attendee is smilling to me as she leads me to the son of the ceo. "Just go inside señora." I smiled and thanked her as I knock and entered the room. "Good afternoon sir. I am Callista Verde and I would like to apply for physician."

"Hmmm why should I hire you?" the man in the suits looked at me seriously. He looks intimidating.
"I need money. Aside from that I can asure you I am good at my job. I graduated at the University of the Philippines and I am a summa cum laude also."

"Ok you're hired. Bring your bag to the 2nd floor and you can start tommorow." I smilled happily and left the room.

My life in the Philippines might be hard, but I will make sure to have a better life here in Spain
