My day started at 3am.. Even though I laid in bed I was up. For some odd reason I have been waking up super early and doing something productive or not doing anything at all. My days have felt like I am living more than one day at a time. The affirmation I want to put out today is about Confusion.
To be confused is normal, to not know where you are headed and what life has in store for you next is normal. As long as you are moving forward and doing better than yesterday, you aren't confused. You are moving with grace.
