Josh honestly didn't think Blurryface would ever get this far. To put it lightly, he was terrified. A minute ago, Tyler collapsed in the corner of the room, groaning low and shaking slightly. Josh knew that Blurryface had taken over Tyler's mind again, and he had a feeling this time would be the worst of all.

Josh quickly kneeled at his side, putting a hand lightly on Blurry's shoulder to possibly calm him down.
"Don't touch me! Get away!" Blurryface growled loudly, violently pushing Josh's hand away. Josh flinched and fell backwards onto the floor, his eyes widening and watching Blurry like a hawk. He didn't want to make any wrong moves, as he had before; he ended up with a broken nose and a sobbing, relentlessly apologetic Tyler.

Blurryface looked up at him, his red eyes glowing with pure hatred towards him. He sat up slowly, his head twitching to the side a few times. "Are you even listening?" He stood up and leaned over him, angrily spiting out, "I said... GET AWAY FROM ME!" Blurry's whole body twitched, the aggressive shouting coming mostly from Blurry, but partly from Tyler regaining control, the need to keep Josh safe giving him temporary power over the violent personality.

Josh let out a shaky breath as he stood up and walked backwards slowly, hitting the wall before sliding in the direction of the hallway, all the while watching Blurryface cautiously. Blurry decided at that moment to lunge at him, and Josh sprinted for the hallway, turning into the corridor and running as fast as he could to his and Tyler's room. He slammed and locked the door, just as Blurryface skid to a halt right outside.
Josh huffed slid down the door, sitting with his back against it, feeling as Blurry banged violently on it. He was growling and quickly mumbling out curse words and furious phrases, his fist pounding as hard as he could on the outside of the door.

Josh was fairly confident in the lock, and he was breathing heavily. He took a deep breath and yelled loud enough for Blurryface to hear over the noise. "Blurry! Please, stop! You don't have to be this way! Just let me help y-"

"I DON'T NEED HELP. What I need is for you to let me the fuck in!" Blurry screamed, emphasizing it by ramming his shoulder into the door, loosening the lock gradually.

Josh flinched away from the door, the impact knocking the breath out of him. He stood up and yelled back, his voice cracking slightly, "Pl-please Blurry! Just bring Tyler back! Or c-calm down, or something! Please.."

"I'll just knock this fucking door down! You're going to regret not listening to me the first time!" Blurryface yelled and rammed his shoulder against the door again, the lock jiggling and barely holding on.

Josh winced and shook in a silent sob, "Tyler.. Please come back.." He stood frozen now, staring at the door as Blurry rammed against it one last time, the lock flying off and the door slamming open against the wall.

Blurryface was breathing heavily and stared into the room, fierce eyes boring into Josh's own. He lunged swiftly at Josh, knocking him to the ground and wrapping his hands around his throat, squeezing tightly. "Why the fuck didn't you listen to me?! Why did you have to push me to this point, Josh?!"

Josh flinched as Blurry spat out his name harshly and he let out another sob, this one more audible than the last, a few tears falling down his face. "B-Blurry.." he choked out, "Please.. I-I didn't..mean to.." He pushed at Blurry's chest hard, but he wouldn't budge, and he began writhing underneath him.

Blurryface growled deeply, and he pressed his thumbs down harder on Josh's windpipe, watching his terrified expression, just fueling his anger. "You did! You always do! I CAN'T LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN, JOSHUA." Blurry finally let go of his throat, just to raise his arm and punch him straight in the jaw. Josh cried out in pain, letting out another series of sobs, tears flowing freely now.

Josh managed, through the pain in his jaw and his scared sobbing, to choke out, "Tyler! P-please, I know you're in th-there. You can fight it! Please.. I need y-you.." He lifted his head up and pleaded, looking into his eyes for some sign Tyler was even there.

Blurry paused, and for a split second his expression softened, but just as quick as it did, his enraged expression returned, and he punched Josh harder than before, square in the nose. Blood splattered over his knuckles and Josh's face, and Josh's head cracked painfully against the floor. He groaned and closed his eyes, shaking violently as he sobbed and begged. He begged for Tyler to come back, begged for Blurryface to at least stop hurting him. Pleading for his life. His words were mostly incoherent, but sometimes a word here and there would be clear, "Oh God please...didn't mean...this way..Tyler I need........come back..."

Blurryface stopped and listened to him for a second, his breathing loud and angry, but gradually slowing down. He shivered violently and widened his eyes, quickly sliding off of Josh and onto the floor. He closed his eyes and shivered again, groaning deeply.

Tyler opened his eyes and just about choked at the scene before him. Josh was groaning painfully on the ground, blood splattered all over his face and the floor around him. There were tears coming down his face like a waterfall, and he was... begging? Tyler's eyes went wide and he quickly scooted backwards against the wall, hugging his knees. "Josh... Oh God what did I do...?" He looked down and noticed the blood staining his knuckles and arm. "Oh my God...." He let out a small sob and froze, staring at Josh.

Josh finally noticed the weight removed from on top of him, but he continued begging, thinking that Blurry is getting up just to hurt him more. He finally stops when he hears a silent sob to the left, and he let's out a shaky breath and looks to the side. His eyes meet Tyler's own, those beautiful brown orbs, full of so much fear, but they're safe, that's all that matters. He slowly sits up, groaning in pain. There's blood all over his face and his head hurts like hell, but somehow he manages.

"Tyler..?" He somehow gets out, his voice shaky and hoarse from being so scared, and half choked to death. "Tyler, oh my God, you're b-back..." He wipes his nose with the back of his hand, wincing at the sharp pain from even slight contact, and reaches over to touch Tyler's hand, gripping it gently.

Tyler stares blankly, his whole body shaking as he tries to process what he just did. Oh God. He just almost killed his best friend. Oh God. What if he hadn't snapped out of it? How could he even live with himself if he were to... He can't even think it.. He is horrified with himself.

Josh waits; no response. "Tyler? Hey.. Are you okay?" He squeezes his hand, wincing again as his head throbs.

Tyler flaps his lips silently and makes a pained noise of disbelief. He finally works up a reply, "Josh....don't worry about me, I'm fine for now.. Are you okay? I......I hurt you... Oh my God Josh I am so sorry.. I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you.. I don't even remember I just... I'm sorry, I don't know what happened..God I'm so sor-"

"Stop saying sorry!" Tyler winces as Josh snaps, almost catching himself apologizing for that too. Josh's tone softens and he sighs. "Tyler... Its not your fault, I know you want to believe that, but really, its not. You can't help it..you can't control him. Don't worry about me." He cringes slightly at the worsening pain in his head. "Your mental health is way more important than my physical injuries." He smiles softly and squeezes his hand again.

Tyler let's out a shaky breath he didn't realize he was holding, and closes his eyes, squeezing Josh's hand back tightly. He rests his forehead on his knees and sobs softly. "I.. I want to be able to control him, Josh. I don't want to b-be this way.. I don't want to hurt you. That's the... the last thing I want.." His voice drops low, almost inaudible, "I love you, Josh... I can't be the one to h-hurt you.."

Josh furrows his eyebrows slightly, then gently lifts Tyler's head so he can look him in the eyes...those safe, endless, beautiful brown eyes. "Tyler..I love you too. That's why I'm here to help you when things get bad. I'm here for you to lean on. I'll go through whatever it takes for you to heal, however long it takes, okay?" Josh smiled at him, genuine caring and love in his expression.

Tyler nodded slightly and leaned in to hug Josh tightly, tears streaming down his cheeks for an entirely different reason now. He couldn't forgive himself for hurting his best friend, but he had hope that one day, all of this would be over, and he wouldn't have to worry about it anymore. He sunk into Josh's form, content for the moment... He was happy that Josh was still alive..

Josh wrapped his arms around Tyler, hugging him close to himself as silent tears fell down his face. He was glad to have his best friend back.
