You wake to a thump. Getting scared, you grab a flashlight and creep downstairs. Upon getting to the bottom, you see something rush past the hallway, and into another room. You turn the flashlight off for fear "it" would see you, and you crept down to the room it went to. Getting inside the room, you turn the flashlight on dim, and search around. You see nothing. You seen the room it was in, was the living room. You creep to the couch, and look over the top. Nothing. Suddenly, you were shoved over the couch. "Gahh!" You yelp. You thankfully land on the cushions. You reach for the table-side lamp, and flip it on, revealing the boy you'd seen before. "Wh-what are you doing here? What do you want?" You say hesitantly. He just stands there. "Th-this is your house? Sorry." After saying this, he tries to make an escape, but you grab his arm, causing him to turn around quickly in defense. "Hey!" He yells. "Wait. Who are you, and why are you here?" You ask. The boy sighs and says, "I'm Toby. Toby Rogers. I'm here because I....I was following you." He says. You bite your tongue in pure shock. "F-following me?" You stutter. "Uhh....y-yeah. You see, my boss told me to keep watch over you to make sure you didn't rat us out to the authority." He says plainly. "Why would I do that? You'd kill me if I did. I'd like to live if that's fine with you." You say, scared on the inside, but completely calm on the outside. Toby giggles. "You're kind of funny." He says, cracking his neck. "You know what? I'll spare you. Not because my boss told me not to kill you, but because you're surprisingly not screaming, or trying to run." He says. His mouth guard moves up, indicating he was smiling. Not scared? Of course you were scared. Apparently you just did a good job of hiding it. "So uh...what's your name?" He asks. "(Y/n). (Y/n) (L/n)." You answer, mocking his greeting. He scoffs. "Well (y/n), this won't be the last time I see you." And with that, he runs out of your house, into the night.

After a long wait, your mother finally comes home. "I'm home!" She yells through the hall. "I'm not!" You yell back. This was the way you greeted your mom everyday. "Nice try honey." She says, after coming in your room. "Mom. Can I go to Emily's tomorrow?" You ask. "You know what sure." She answers. Emily was your best friend. You and her did everything together. You wanted to tell her about Toby, Masky, and the tall guy, but you feared your life, so you guessed you could just go in her woods, and maybe see them.

It was the following day, and you were readying yourself to head to Emily's. You put on a random tee, and some skinny jeans. You slip on a pair of (s/type), and head out the door. Of course after saying "bye" to your mother. You walk down the sidewalk. The entire walk, you couldn't stop looking at the forest beside you. Upon reaching your destination, you text Emily saying "I'm outside. Notice me senpai." This was your way of communicating with one another. She texts back. "The senpai has noticed thou. I see you outside my window." You look up, and sure enough, she's waving at you. You walk in her house, and run to her room. Your greet each other with a bear hug. "Hey, is your mom home?" You ask sarcastically. You knew the answer. "Nope." She smirks. "Well let's go walk in your woods." You giggle. "Okay." She smiles, and you two practically run out to the woods. Upon reaching the middle, you both climb a large tree, and perch on a branch. "Sooooo. What did you want to come all the way out here for?" She asks nonchalantly. "Nothing really. I just wanted to hang with my buddy." You laugh. "Hey watch this." She yells, and jumps off the branch, landing in a perfect pose. You clap. "Bitch, I'm fabulous!" She yells, while still holding her pose. You jump off and copy her perfect landing. "No bro. I'm the fabulous one here." You say, with a laugh.

You two had been goofing off for a while now, and you really wanted Toby to come up, so you could show him to Emily. This would be the only possible way for you to prove that he exists.

~FLASHBACK TO WHILE YOU WERE WALKING TO THE SWAG TREE~

"Hey Emily?" You'd asked. "Yeah?" She looks to you. "I found this website called CreepyPasta...and-" Emily cuts you off mid-sentence. "Nope nope! Say no more! I would like to sleep tonight." She says. "No. I just wanted to say, do you think the stories could be real?" You ask. "Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope." She yells, holding her ears. "I'm serious Emehh!" You yell, jerking her hands away. "Of course they're not real. Those stories are fake. Made-Up. Make believe. Unreal. Nope. Nada. Uh-uh. No. Eh-No honey." She says, with her "swag" voice. "Um...okay." You replied with a smirk.

~BACK TO THE FUTER~

It was already 12 o' clock in the after noon, and Toby still hadn't shown up. You just wanted to see Emily's reaction to a real life killer. Of course you would take the blow for her if he tried to kill her, but you still wanted to see her reaction. Yes. You were a twisted person.

You and her goofed off so much, you could barely breath, and was on the ground laughing. "Okay okay. Do it again, do it again!" You yell, out of breath. "We're on a baby hunt, and don't think we don't know how to weeeeeeed em' out!" Emily says, imitating the Spongebob movie. She did it in Patricks voice, and she was dancing like an idiot to go along with it. You laughed, and snorted. You sounded terrible, but this was so funny!

The sun was starting to set now, and you let out a quiet sigh. "Well, today was fun!" Emily yells. "Yep." You answer. "Well, we need to get home now, hoe." She laughs. You begin to walk home, when you hear a twig snap. You and her turn to see.....a bunny. "OH MY GOD!" Emily yells, and runs after it, frightening it. "Dammit Emehh. You scared it." You laugh. "Oh well, let's get home now." She pouts. After the long walk through the woods, you say your farewells, and head home.

Upon getting home, you felt a tired feeling sweep over you. You walked up stairs, and past the bathroom, in which you heard your mom singing in the shower. "I CAME IN LIKE A WREEEEECKING BAAAAAALLLLL!" She was singing. You couldn't help but laugh. "(Y/n)? I didn't know you were home...sorry. You heard nothing." You hear your mom shout over the water. Then she sings something more.....her age. "I'm siiiiiiiiingin' in the raaaaaaiiiiiiin. Just siiiiiiiiingin' in the raaaaaaaiiiiiiiiiin. What a glooooooorious feeeeeeelin' I'm haaaaaaapy agaaaain. I'm lauuuuughin' at clouuuuds. So daaaaaark up aboooooove. The suuuuuuun's in my heart, and I'm....reeeaady for looooove!" You laugh again, and walk up to your room, and plop down on your bed. After staring at the ceiling, and listening to your mom sing, you fall into a well deserved slumber.
