"Y/n?"

"Earth to Y/n!!"

Snapping out from my own head, I tune back into the dinner we are having right now. Looking around to see I wasn't at school with the bandages around my head, I saw Ten-chan in front of me, waiting for me to put in the last chomp of food from his bowl yet I couldn't help abandon the last bite back into the bowl and hug Tenko close.

"Y/n what are you doing!??!!" He cried out in confusion and embarrassment because Mama was watching us and sneaking a few pictures in.

"... I'm so glad that your back" I could only bring myself to whisper the words, hugging him even tighter because the dark world I thought I was about to get trapped in, has just become brighter again.

"Uh... Yeah me too," he whispered back. After I felt hugging him was enough, I gave Tenko a peck on the cheek before grabbing the last bite out of his bowl.

"Wha-what was that for!" His pale skin suddenly burned up bright pink sputtering all over the place because I had never done that before. Only his Mum had ever kissed him yet it still felt special when it came from me.

"Let's be together forever!" I smiled holding the last spoon in front of him

"Y-y/nn!!" He sputtered out slightly shoving the spoon away from him as he covered his face which was glowing red by the second.

"I'm serious Tenko, let's be together forever. Promise me. 🤙" You placed the sadly abandoned spoon of food that nearly made it to the other side! And pulled out your pinky for him to take.

"You know what that means right!!" He slowly slid his hands down his face revealing his reddened state who still, by the way, was unable to look into my eyes

"What?"

"That we'll... get married... if we stay together forever" it came out mumbled but I heard it clearly and I couldn't help but widen my eyes in shock

Married?

As in Husband and w-Wife??

I don't want to fall in love because it looks scary!!!!!

I don't want to get hurt like Mama...

but if it's Tenko!!!

... I wouldn't mind him being my ... Husband😳🫣 ...

I looked up from my hands that I had looked down towards when I was thinking.

"Yh???" he yelped in shock but still kept hiding.

"Pinky promise!" I pushed my hand closer to him and when he heard me say pinky promise, he looked up from his own nervousness and his eyes were blown wide from my acceptance.

I bet my face is flushed too and he's making it worse by staring at me!!!

"...pinky promise" he closed the promise, smiling so wildly that his eyes closed from how scrunched his face was.
