Daily Reminder: 1 Week of Highscool Left

You groan as you reach towards your desk, trying to mute your alarm for a good minute before you decide to get up and officially mute it and plopping in your chair. "Mmm, one damn week left until I'm done"

You get out of your chair and hop in the shower, constantly aware of the empty apartment you live in. You turn on the shower to the right temperature, lay your clothes out, out on your music and get in.

15 minutes later bc I ain't explaining your shower session to you

You look at yourself in the mirror before before putting on your shirt
"Guess the working out has been working, nice" noticing a decently built torso existing. You make some eggs and toast and inhale it before getting out the door "7:25, 30 minutes to fuck around." You exhale as you take a seat in your car pondering what you're gonna do for the next 20 minutes.
"Guess I could go speed around at the abandoned parking lot"

Taking about 7 minutes to get there, you look at the huge empty lot which used to be a bustling area because of the business that previously existed, all closing down due to running out of going bankrupt. You quickly accelerate through speeds, 60 mph, 70mph, 85 mph, 100mph before dropping 30 mph and U-Turning back towards the entrance at 75mph about 100 meters out, quickly dropping back to 40 so you can leave the lot without getting hurt.

"Aight, might aswell head to school, ain't got too long" as you take a right heading down the road towards your school, mentally reminding yourself to meet up with Jake (BS/F; Best Friend) before heading to class. You pull into the school parking lot and used a Disabled Parkspace just before putting on your disabled driver tag (Found it so might aswell use it, not actually disabled but 🤷‍♂️)

You walk to your normal meeting spot before seeing him, scrolling on his phone tuned out from the world around him. "Wassup bro" "Nothin really, just happy this shit is done in a week." Jake hands you his cart as you hit off it "Finals gonna beat my ass though." "Fr" you managed to get out before exhaling the smoke from the cart. "Well we're decently smart, we'll be fine" You say as you punch his shoulder.
"So easy for you to say Mr. 3.35 GPA, whatchu planning on doing once you get out of here?" "Idk man, prolly continue my engineering shit I got going on. Pays well and a lot of places use engineering so might as well. You still planning on doing vlogs and shit?" You say as you laugh a bit, knowing that even though he's introverted he's amazing on camera. "Might aswell, got nothing else going for me. Aight well imma head, see you man." "See you dumbass."

The rest of the day ended up passing by pretty slowly, mainly quizzes to get ready for finals (which you didnt bother too much with, you'd be fine) and randomly hearing about gossip without too much care. Always new bullshit which doesnt matter.

Upon getting home and putting your stuff down, you go to make a snack then realize you dont have any milk.
I'll just walk down there, save gas you think to yourself, before grabbing your wallet and keys then heading out the door.

The area you lived in was decently nice. Near downtown but not too much to be a bother, but good enough to be able to easily get there. After a few minutes of walking (and nearly getting hit by a random black van), you make it to the grocery store.
"Aight Y/N, quick in and out dont grab random muffins or some shit" you whisper to yourself before heading in.

Sticking to your word, you grabbed milk, eggs, and a few favourite fruits and headed out back home.

"Aight got everything, entered with 200 on me and left with 180 and change, that ain't bad. Now if I coul-" *Bonk* someone from the alley comes out of nowhere and runs into you, causing you to drop your stuff.

"Oww, what the hell was tha-" you grumble to yourself before looking up and seeing someone else on their ass "Oh shit I'm sorry are you alright?" "Huh, oh yeah I'm fine" she responds, before getting up "I didnt break anything of yours running into you did I?" She questions, confused how you're standing practically fine. "Nah I'm good, groceries and myself are fine." "Aight well if you're good imma head omw, sorry for bumping into you." She responds as she dusts herself off.

You wave goodbye as you head back home, stopped after about 5 feet from behind "Hey, actually can I get your number?" You turn to see her behind you, kinda embarrassed. *She's cute, so sure why not* you think before responding, "Uh, aight if you want I'm willing, you seem chill." After exchanging numbers, you notice her 3 digits aren't from Maddison, and go to ask her where she's from, but she's gone. *Huh, well that's only slightly fucking weird. Eh whatever, she is obviously fast asf.*

You run the rest of the way back to your place, luckily not being run into by anyone or anything. *Will she even text me tbh, or was she just seeming nice. I havent seen her around before which says something. Actually I didnt even get her name, did she set it?* You out the groceries away and check your most recent contacts.
